Alexis was the best customer service I've ever had she was polite attentive and always had a smile on her face and corrected anything that might have been incorrect with our order immediately even if she was not given her full tip as promised both my daughter and I asked if they where given there and was told yes unfortunately that was not the truth I feel she deserved the amount of her tip because she is the perfect server !!!!!!!!!!!!LoVe YoU AlexisFrom the 2 Ladies you served...read full review
I liked the host named Joey very nice ?? and the waitress was a sweetheart. Everything turned out well I just wish they had more of those koala ducks that come with the punch beverage because I didn't get one with my drink. Please order some more :)

We were greeted by the host, Joey. He is always smiling and very personable. Our server was Yen, and she was very friendly and on top of everything. Came by several times to make sure our drinks were replenished, to ask if we needed anything, and if we were enjoying our meal. The people, the food, and the service is always great when we visit this Outback in Suwanee. Would highly recommend.
