“Surprisingly enough this place is in the middle of nowhere and the food was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and attentive. I went in with the predisposed notion that I would be treated harshly due to the negative views people have said about this place. I was actually served by the owner who took the time to explain how the rumors and negative views came about. I'll definitely give this place a second go“

“Grabbed lunch and dipped. I’ve been wanting to try this spot for a while but had no idea what to order, so I got my bf to call in something for me and I picked it up on my lunch break. It was fire. ? I eat mostly vegetarian, so next time I’ll know better what to order, but I had cabbage and plantains and rice and chicken. The chicken was good, I could just do without it.“

“My husband and I were traveling through Bremen (headed to Tennessee from Florida) this past Sunday afternoon and needed a quick lunch. He'd never had Captain D's before, so we decided to stop. I'm so glad we did! When we walked in, the atmosphere was great. We used the restrooms and they were very clean. The service was courteous and quick. We got our food within just a few minutes of ordering and it was fresh!! So, so good! The restaurant was nice and clean as well. We don't live close by, but if we did, I could see us visiting often!
