I come here mainly for the excellent cabbage kimchi, and every time I come in the owner greets me warmly and offers me a free rice cake. Large selection of kimchi, seasoned vegetables and fish, and rice cakes. I'm not Korean so most of this is unfamiliar to me, but I love getting and trying new things every time I go. If you bring back your empty jar, the owner will recycle it and give you a small discount on your next purchase. I recommend this place to everyone I know who likes kimchi or Korean food generally.“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

Baby listen, EAV That & Sushi has me in a choke hold as the food is AMAZNG!!!! We were in the area as Shaunie said it is one of her favorite places to go, as such, we went. Walking in, the ambiance is really low key and has a great feel to it. It’s perfect for friends, dates, or even alone. After we walked in we were able to be seated immediately. Continuing to take in the ambiance, the feel was so chill. There was a game on each television and the music was playing in the background. Yep, I’m here for all of this. Upon taking our seats, I ordered a sweet tea and began to scroll the menu. Taking a moment to take in the menu as there are an abundance of options, I decided on the Spring Rolls as an Appetizer and Pad Thai as my Main Course. Clearly I played it safe. 😂😂😂 From seating us to taking out drink and food orders, our waiter was super nice. He was professional, very educated on the menu offerings and kept a smile the entire time. Not to mention, we weren’t his only table yet he was on top of his game and provided top tier service. Once my food came I was immediately drawn into the aroma. The Thai Spices mixed with the Sweet smells of the sauce made me extra happy inside. LoL. The Spring Rolls were good. They were crunchy loo Upon first bite I almost melted. Whew! I have NEVER in all my years had a Pad Thai this amazing. I’m talking about perfectly cooked noodles. Optimum noodle to meat to sauce ratio. And best of all, the peanuts were coated in the sauce and not only acted as the extra layer of texture, but their flavor profile was enhanced which allowed the dish to have a multi-flavor blend of sweet, salty, and nutty. Omggggggg. I want moreeeeeeeeee. The dish arrived hot and was very fresh. This wasn’t no quick boil or reheated dish, no. This was freshly made when I ordered it and whoever the chef was is amazing at their job. Dear Chef, your ability to cook Pad Thai is beyond normal. Your supernatural flavor elevated dish was exciting, mouth pleasing, and has made me eager to return to EAV That & Sushi. We are lucky that it’s walking distance so we’ll walk over with the dogs and one of us will sit outside with them while the other orders, and they always give us water for the Dogs. Jessica is cool and she gave me a second free bowl of soup since soup was my favorite.

“I went to Happy Valley for dim sum and it was excellent. You can immediately tell the food is not from a central kitchen — it tastes freshly made and very traditional. It’s rare to find dim sum like this anymore. I’ve tried many Chinese restaurants in Atlanta, and this one honestly has the best dim sum flavor I’ve had. The dishes taste authentic and homemade. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. From now on, this will be my go-to place for dim sum. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
