“Atmosphere was great. Service was great. Food was just ok. I was disappointed because I had been looking forward to some good seafood my whole vacation. This place came highly recommended. The shrimp was not good at all the sausage and potatoes were bland.“
“I really liked the bar food vibe of this place. We went on a Saturday early evening and our group thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The deviled eggs with 'chicharron' you simply have to try. I had a salad with southern fried chicken breast for protein, simply moist and yet crunchy. Others in the party drooled and ranted about the seafood Mac n cheese with ditalini pasta. So decadent. Another must have.“
“Its's hard for me to understand the few people who gave poor reviews of this wonderful place but I would bet they are the same people that are unhappy with the world. My wife and I have been ordering Pizza's from Islands Pizza for a couple of years. Hands down this place makes the absolute best Pizza I have ever had - anywhere! Ordering is easy and delivery is prompt. With fewer and fewer (good) food choices here on the islands we are very lucky top have them.“
“As a retired chef, I am always looking for a new place to try especially near the beach (Coligney). I did not know this was brand new, some things are good, some need work. 1:30 and the area is quiet on a beautiful and sunny afternoon. My wife was very happy with her quarter chicken, breast and wing plus baked potato. I had the brisket sloppy Joe with a side of potato salad. I prefer sliced brisket, but am flexible. Cole slaw and pickles are good, mac and cheese looked dried out. Any brand new Non-Chain restaurant needs some time to see what works and what needs revamping.“
“I love coming to Beach Bites whenever I'm at Tybee Island. They are always very friendly, and have a large variety of food items from hot dogs to nachos, shakes, and ice cream at very reasonable prices. Another huge plus is the location is directly across from the pier and surrounded by a variety of retail soverneir shops as well.“
