“3/29/2025 @ 1100am I placed an order online to go when I arrived. The chaos inside the store, mainly in the to go order area and the cook station, was diabolical.
I received a text message saying@11:33 aa that said Your orders were ready". The to go server says it's being prepared now. At 11:55 a.m., I received my order. Now, by no means was it the servers fault. The organization of the store showed more cookers than servers. There were very few people sitting, and yet, the to go order server was overwhelmed with orders. My point...she got no help from b others. She handled the pressure very well yet, the flow, and would have been exceptional if she had help.
The food was lukewarm, and the grits were soup( so not what I'm accustomed to from WH).
Not even management supports her flow. I'm in today's era. I wouldn't be surprised if this young lady quit this job.
She attempted to be as pleasant as possible as some customers were mad because of the flow.
And one guy who had his food kept disturbing costumers and her for irrelevant reasons.
My best wishes to whatever her name was, and I just wanted to call this choas out as I commend her for getting through it all.
I'm sorry I won't be back to witness if she quits, but i would not blame her if she did. 🤦🏽‍♀️💕“

But the food was warm, the food was over priced, the server tried to charge us for items we didn't receive and my daughter got potatoes with her order . My daughter told the server she wanted onions and pepper . She brings out the potatoes with no opinions or pepper.Then she proceeded to lie in my daughter's face and say they're in there. She said where??? Then she leaves and goes back and says we're out of them. But you just lied and said they're in my daughter's potatoes when clearly there wasn't any on them.. I can go on and on with the issues me and my daughter had there. And the manager didn't come over and say anything.... Mannn I be trying to support my black own business but mannnn have to be and do better ....“

“Our group of four had to leave Cracker Barrel right down the street because they were “short on servers”. Very understandable and honest. When we walked into IHOP, we were cordially told the same. Understandable and honest. But Chris assured us that we would be well taken care of. And he was 100% correct. Both Chris and Devaughn were as efficient and professional that you will ever see. Receiving service of that level in today’s time is very rare. Our food was out in less than 15 minutes. It was hot and fresh. The employee prepping our food did an excellent job. All these guys deserve credit. You can tell they truly care about what they do.

“Food was good but Waffle House has gotten expensive. $6 for a waffle? The waitress seemed to be in a little bit of a rush even though there weren't that many people there. She hurried off before I could finish my order but with the prices, I guess it's better I didn't add more.“

The other staff kept the tables and floors clean after each patron left. I will definitely make this location my go-to location. Oh ... my only complaint was that the hashbrowns were too greasy!!!“

“Peaches and her cook were awesome. The 2pm to 9pm staff were great. They even remade my cheese grits to make them fresh and hot vs. cold and lumpy. To top it things off and for the win they actually had chocolate milk! ? S/N - So many locations do not have chocolate milk.
