“Rosalynn was so great!!! We are traveling from Chicago. Anytime we visit the south we always stop at a Waffle House. It was my boyfriend’s first time here and she made our breakfast so entertaining, sweet and great southern hospitality. The place was clean, service was quick, and food as always was delicious. So nostalgic getting to dine here. ❤️💛 Thank you for our souvenirs.“

“We got there on a Saturday morning. We were able to seat immediately, and we had the best waiter ever. His name was Riley, and he was so nice. He took good care of us. Our food came out perfectly and I recommend you this Waffle house. Not all Waffle houses, but this one is great. And one more time kudos to Riley.“

“Let's just say they asked us to give them a 5 star rating and if we do we get 5 percent off... But the food was warm, the food was over priced, the server tried to charge us for items we didn't receive and my daughter got potatoes with her order . My daughter told the server she wanted onions and pepper . She brings out the potatoes with no opinions or pepper.Then she proceeded to lie in my daughter's face and say they're in there. She said where??? Then she leaves and goes back and says we're out of them. But you just lied and said they're in my daughter's potatoes when clearly there wasn't any on them.. I can go on and on with the issues me and my daughter had there. And the manager didn't come over and say anything.... Mannn I be trying to support my black own business but mannnn have to be and do better ....“

“Visited this past weekend and everything was delicious. I had the creamy cat grilled. The grits were so creamy! Made with love ❤️ the fish was nicely seasoned and not overly so. We also had fried green tomatoes and fried donuts that reminded you of beignets. I’ll definitely be back! The bartender was on his job too! My Bellini did everything it was meant to do!“

“Amazing customer service. A variety of items on the menu. I had the catfish and grits. Fish seasoned well and fried hard like I like it. Grits were very creamy and thick and seasoned to perfection. Definitely will return. Also tried the sweet potato pancake and it was delicious.“

“The employees were friendly and considerate to my family in our situation. It was the Waffle House where my son went every morning on his way to the office before he passed away July 23, 2021. We went there today in memory of him and received excellent service.“

“Food was great and the cooks were 👍 great but the young waiter seemed very distracted and I had to flag him down 2 times about water and my bill. But he was nice ,just needs to work on his awareness, I still tipped him ,but not as much as I wanted too.“

“Wednesday, Dec. 31 Petyon did a wonderful job welcoming New Years Eve rush after 9 pm while handling take out customers. The cook Ricky did outstanding job serving over 20 customers at one time in hour. Through the slight delay cause we all arrive right behind each other. Manager Yasmine worked very hard assisting every customer personally to make sure we was all alright. Though I had one thing missing they were so apologizing and mad sure I was taken care of the next day. I was glad to be able go in the next day to give my respect especially let the cook know he did an amazing job under the circumstances. These 3 made my wait very pleasant...“

“I’ve ordered food from this Waffle House a few times late at night. Not only has my food been consistently good, everything is always in the bag when I get home. By “everything” I mean the right food, utensils, syrup, butter, jam, the works! When you can order pickup from a restaurant, not the check the bag until you’re home, and everything’s there the way it should be… it’s a win. 10/10, would definitely recommend.“

“I have to give a big shoutout to Mrs. Mary at the IHOP on Highway 138 in Riverdale. She is the heart and soul of that place! From the moment you walk in, she greets you with warmth, kindness, and true Southern hospitality. Mrs. Mary is not only professional and attentive, but she also makes every guest feel like family.
You can tell she loves what she does—she’s always smiling, checking in, and making sure everything is just right. It's rare to find someone who brings that level of dedication, grace, and genuine care to their work. She made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be back because of her.
IHOP is blessed to have Mrs. Mary—shes a true gem.“

“Food was good but Waffle House has gotten expensive. $6 for a waffle? The waitress seemed to be in a little bit of a rush even though there weren't that many people there. She hurried off before I could finish my order but with the prices, I guess it's better I didn't add more.“

“I hadn't mentioned IHOP in years, and I was so pleasantly surprised! There was no wait, the atmosphere was lovely, and the entire restaurant, including their restaurants were clean. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Two of our party ordered traditional breakfasts, and two of us ordered healthier versions. We could not believe how delicious the veggie omelette and protein pancakes were! I would definitely return to this IHOP location.“

“I get breakfast from this location at least twice each week. On my most recent visit I was told they did not have any egg whites. I was bummed. Before I could get over the shock, regroup & choose another menu option Kumba (cook) told the cashier she could make it happen for me.
We are so quick to give a review on bad service or talk about what someone did or didn't do but this review is different. Thank you Kumba for going above & beyond. Thank you IHOP for good management/leadership. It's a trickle down effect.
If you are in the Atrium of ATL this is your place for breakfast, lunch or dinner!!“

“I wanted banana pancakes and they had ran out of bananas. The waitress, Zoey, told me the unfortunate news, but I was ok. I thought they may not have th ice cream to go it’s them anyway. I was craving those pancakes, since I had given my order to a close friend a few weeks prior while visiting Chicago.
Zoey’s energy was so positive at 6 am so I was ok with it and just enjoyed my coffee….
A lil later…
Zoey full of energy came back to the table and told me her manager was running to grab some bananas for me to make me some fluffy rich so delicious banana pIHOP pancakes!!!!

“We were seated quickly and our food was brought out quickly, even though it was a Saturday (around 11am). The food was wonderful! I got the Big Steak Burrito with blueberry pancakes as my side and every part of my meal was perfect! Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time!“
