I'll be honest—Buffalo Wild Wings has never really been my first choice for dining, and I usually only visit when family or friends want to go. Personally, I find the menu feels dated and hasn't evolved much over the years, so it simply doesn't match my preferences.

Smells Sour when you enter...possibly could be the carpet. Or being that the bathrooms are right at the entrance. Weren't greeted by anyone as we entered. There were already a party of 3 ahead of us at the door...said they hadn't been greeted either. I work in customer service so...1st impressions do matter. Lexi the server just changed how we saw this location. We love it now and can bring friends again.
we used to only come to this location for the bogo deals, the service front end and back end was slow and seemed more difficult than it should be.
but this time we had Lexi as a server and she was down to earth and efficient, good with my toddler and made sure to get my wife's subscriptions right.
