They forgot my large tater tots but the burgers were fire so it’s made up for it I recommend
The food was pretty good while it was hot--except for the bacon, which was cold to begin with--but within a few minutes, it was just greasy and sad. Grease dripped from our sandwiches and the lettuce was wet with water. The self-service model sucks. The staff were very nice and pleasant, but if I wanted to serve myself, I'd just stay home. Also, this was the first time we'd been to a Steak and Shake since they changed to self-service, and there's no indication when you walk in...read full review
