A really nice place. My only complaint is if there is no DJ the play list has 0.00% diversity which puts a damper on the skating experience. I asked could we get a mix of RnB and Hip Hop (90s/ 00s) and we got two whole songs and went back to distorted guitars, accoustic guitars, Sweet Caroline and Eye of the Tiger. Please consider a more diverse playlist if no DJ is present to take the temperature of the rink and what’s going to move the people. Not a huge ask.
It was nice but the arcade to Mee seems a little overpriced
Love it!!
I have season pass
Will buy again

Rigby's Entertainment Complex is a lively destination for families and kids of all ages. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic, ensuring a great experience. The complex features around 40 arcade games with a wide range of prices per play. The restaurant offers various options, including kids' chicken tenders, though some find the prices higher. While most employees are friendly, some customers have noted exceptions in service. For example, a young employee named Amber was mentioned as not being very helpful during a recent visit. In contrast, another staff member, Jessica, was praised for her bubbly personality and kindness, making guests feel special.
The skating rink operates until 10 pm, after which it becomes 18+ only. It has a smooth surface, making it enjoyable for skaters, especially during the Retro Roller’s 70s–80s skate sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons. These sessions attract a crowd of skaters aged 35 and above, who appreciate the low crowds and good music.
Rigby's is known for its community involvement, such as hosting free skate nights for students, working on a handicap-accessible water park, providing free meals during hurricanes, and holding blood drives. These efforts showcase the establishment's commitment to the local community.
While the complex offers a variety of activities, some customers have noted that certain games are not functioning properly, and there is a lack of options for younger children aged 3-6. Additionally, the pizza is not as tasty as it once was, and the presence of "gamble-style" games is more prominent than desired.
Overall, Rigby's Entertainment Complex remains a fun destination for families and groups, providing a range of entertainment options under one roof, with great customer service and a lively atmosphere.
