Awesome food and service. Love tge pickle sauce.
Took my office staff for lunch prior to a meeting. Fantastic, friendly staff! Food was excellent!

Southern Roost is a restaurant that has recently opened in Waycross. The drive through service is 10/10, and employees are super sweet. The food is very good, just like the Blackshear location. The Chickle is an absolute masterpiece and should be paired with a side of fries and the legendary grape salad. The 4-finger grilled basket is also a good choice, with juicy chicken and a sweet, buttery croissant that tastes like dessert. The Dirty Bird Sandwich is messy but absolutely amazing. However, the food portions are very small, and a chicken finger meal for $11 should not come with just 7-8 fries. The hash rounds are really good, but they are not always included with the sandwich. No one knew if they did the rewards program. It was extremely hot inside, and the temperature felt like it was 102.
