I came in for dinner on a Thursday night at around 6:30pm thinking it may be busy. I was surprise there were only 3 people seating in a table and 1 at the bar. About 30 minutes later 2 fellows walk in to play pool. I ordered a hamburger and fries. This is probably one of the worst hamburger I've eaten. It wasn't cook all the way, a lot of red. I really like coming here, but I’ve noticed the music tends to lean pretty heavily in one direction. It’d be awesome to hear a more diverse mix that reflects the whole crowd — something that blends genres and brings both Black and white folks together. Mixing it up more could really take the vibe to the next level.
We go about a week for supper. Always great and friendly staff. The food is always great. Wednesday night great karaoke. And live band on Friday night.

Pointers Bar and Lounge, located in Briggs Alley, is a welcoming establishment with accommodating owners and staff.
