“I can’t recommend them enough! We had our baby shower there 2 weeks ago and they were absolutely phenomenal. Their kindness and generosity exceeded expectations! If you have an event coming up we 100% recommend using them! They go above and beyond, plus their gelato is perfection. They now offer new Alcoholic gelato and everyone raved how yummy they were especially paired with those yummy donuts😍😍 Can’t not wait to host another even there. It is my family’s favorite place! “This isn’t our first time, but it was the first time for our 2 y/o twins to have their own ice cream cones. They offered us complimentary baby cones for them. Made for a wonderful experience. Plus, the ice cream is always fantastic. We’ll be customers for life!“

“Rough night tonight at Bruster's Hickory flat. Staff was incompetent and rude, out of several flavors that were posted on the menu, tried to serve melted ice cream saying trouble with the freezer. Most offensive was the kids' working lack of accountability and respect.“
