“Rough night tonight at Bruster's Hickory flat. Staff was incompetent and rude, out of several flavors that were posted on the menu, tried to serve melted ice cream saying trouble with the freezer. Most offensive was the kids' working lack of accountability and respect.“

“DELICIOUS! First time coming with my girlfriend, got churros, torta combinada, tamales con queso y jalapeños, and the mangonada! Everything was great, fast service and very attentive. Great folks running a family business. We will be back 😊🇺🇸 !“

“I can’t recommend them enough! We had our baby shower there 2 weeks ago and they were absolutely phenomenal. Their kindness and generosity exceeded expectations! If you have an event coming up we 100% recommend using them! They go above and beyond, plus their gelato is perfection. They now offer new Alcoholic gelato and everyone raved how yummy they were especially paired with those yummy donuts😍😍 Can’t not wait to host another even there. It is my family’s favorite place! Thank y’all so much for everything🖤“
