About Surcheros - Woodstock/Hickory Flat, GA

Surcheros - Woodstock/Hickory Flat, GA offers an amazing experience with superior customer service. The kind and helpful employees take great care of customers. The food is fantastic, and they don’t charge extra for guac. The service is friendly and the food is fresh. There are several healthy selections on the menu, which makes it easier to find a balanced meal. The chicken is not spicy at all, and the food is really good with great portions and excellent service. One customer comes here often enough for the manager to remember the exact order. However, one experience was okay but the service definitely could have been better. A customer ordered nachos and somehow didn’t even get queso with them, and another customer was given the wrong burrito. There seemed to be a lack of attention to orders and the service was pretty poor. Another customer ordered a burrito and saw them make it but was given the wrong box with a quesadilla. They went back and they had the burrito so they didn’t have to wait for it longer.
