“I'm mystified about all the negative reviews by other customers here, as my experience at this location 2 days ago was fine. The service was as prompt and friendly as usual, the atmosphere was clean and inviting (with no screaming, annoying brats running around in it like the average Mcdonald's), and the food was as delicious as ever. And KFC still has the best, sweetest fruit punch of any resturaunt I've ever tasted besides Zippy's (what a relief it was to have that to drink during my customary endless wait for a bus to get back home, on a blazing hot afternoon!). I almost wonder if most of the bizaare complaints on this site are from rival resturaunts just making up grievances, because I've been coming to this KFC resturaunt dozens of times over the years and never had any problem.“

“So good! Driving up to the North Shore from the airport we wanted something local. Family owned. No frills just awesome chicken. So juicy. We all had sandwiches and the pulled chicken is more like chunks with some pulled. Not overly shredded. And not doused with sauce. Just a nice enhancement. We had the melts and they were delicious. The bread is crusty but soft inside. An easy bite. And my son loved his Cajun fries. Off street parking in the rear.“

“Stopped here because the children were getting antsy and it was a very smart move. The food is very good and they have a great menu and they grill outside on these large open grill grates. There was a local neighborhood dog laying underneath a shady bush who visits every day and being a dog owning family we like that.“

“OMG!!! Literally writing this review as I eat — the chicken katsu is INCREDIBLE! The sauce is so good and the chicken is cooked to perfection. I was craving yakisoba noodles and they definitely did not disappoint. Honestly so blown away by how yummy everything was. We will be back :)“

“Mochiko chicken is good. Very crowded.
Most of the customers just do take out because there is only 3 sets of tables of 4,6,6 people.
Workers are not friendly but working hard.

Parking is tight in this side. The lady just hit our car when she opened her door.

Roast pork, not as good as some other plate lunch places.“

“Got the Hawaiian burger, very good stuff. Was made medium as it should be, if you want otherwise you need to ask. The portion of fries is more than enough, only downside is the fries were not seasoned a lot, the ones that were seasoned though were tasty. I'm not big on crinkle cut ones but it's fine with this burger.“

“Like the other reviewer said, you know it’s good when you see the owners’ kids sitting in the front doing their homework (hopefully).Coming from LA, this is the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Flavoring, spice level, juiciness, and crispiness were all top notch.

“This place deserves the best rating for the best fried chicken in the island - regardless of price point. I understand the crowds and lines of people always waiting for the fried chicken (the other main dish offerings, I’m not so sure). If you love fried chicken, you will love this fast food place (keeping in mind, that the lines renders the concept of ‘fast food’ relative). Notwithstanding any wait, the fried chicken is always freshly made and hot & tasty.“

“Juiciest chicken ever with beautifully smokey flavor and charred crunchy bits on perfectly glazed skin! We ordered a whole chicken and every piece was incredibly juicy and flavorful. We got to meet Mark, the owner, and learned this is a 4 year old family business. Mark even offered to give us extra rice, drinks, and some garlic shrimp to try (which was also absolutely perfectly cooked, plump, juicy and not too sweet of the sauce). We want more people to come visit and enjoy their amazing food, hospitality, and local vibe.“

“The owners and the staff were very kind and friendly and very accommodating.
They clarified about the ingredients and made sure if we have any allergy restrictions and made sure we got the vegetarian options!

“We had a tour guide take us around the Island. We wanted to go to an authentic place to eat, not fancy touristy restaurants. He recommended 2 places, (I won't say the other one on this review, but it was also excellent!) He brought us to Coral Kingdom for the Huli Huli Chicken. It was so flavorful, juicy and delicious! We loved the relaxed atmosphere and good food. After we ate, we went shopping and got some cute souvenirs. I'm so glad we didn't miss this spot.“

“Plenty of ‘ono, ready-to-eat options like lumpia, pork hash and fried noodles with minimal wait time for plates. What the place lacks in size and seating options, it makes up for in nostalgia and aloha. It's reminiscent of Hawai‘i of old; think manapua man but with elevated fare. For the price, you can't beat the portion sizes, quality or service!“

“Im not sure where all these people went that are complaining about how bad it was but i hit the spot in downtown crossing boston for my very first trip to one and was an absolutely incredible meal. tenders were tender flavorful and juicy the texas toast was awesome the whole meal came out perfect. i was already on about a 3 mile boston adventure so i opted for the lemonade instead of my usual soda with meal and i will always get the lemondae. awesome job guys!“

“First time ever trying Jolibee before. I’ve heard great things, and can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed! We tried literally everything on the menu and the order was done in about 10 minutes. Our favorites were the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Tenders with their signature sauce. For this specific location, there isn’t much seating in the actual restaurant. Would recommend ordering it to-go. We would come back!“

“Surprisingly really good and hot chicken fingers. They were pretty big and juicy. Best fast food chicken fingers that I've ever had. The service was excellent and the food came out fast. The fries should've been hotter but all in all worth the $13 for a 4 piece meal.“

“Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. The eating area was clean and had plenty of seats.“

I did takeout. Ordered the boneless chicken plate, it was still crispy when I ate it later. Instead of Mac salad, it came with carrots, pickled daikon, ranch dressing over shredded cabbage and rice. I got the soy garlic sauce. I liked that they kept the sauce in a container separate so it doesn't make the chicken soggy.

No issues with service.

Atmosphere is pretty much the shared food hall, not too noise with good number of seats around the floor.“

“I appreciated having a canes in Hawaii! My girls loved the familiarity and I loved the fact that I could get a gallon to tea to take with us. Food was good. Service was nice and fast! It’s in a food court but we never had trouble finding some where to sit. We did have to clean our table.“

“Food is good and easy to find the location with parking but the drive-through is a disaster. If you entire the mall during busy hours. You probably won't even be able to get out of the parking lot even if you got the food because the long line blocked the exit.“

“Ordered large butter chicken when I arrived. Better to order ahead. Takes 15 minutes if you order when you arrive. Chicken was very good and well packaged - they put in an open basket when they learned I was taking it to a party.
Take out is expected, there are only two small tables to sit while you wait for your chicken.“

“I love this place and always have. I have been patronizing chick-fil-a since the 80s before they even had stand alone restaurants. They were similar to hot dog on a stick sized shops. You can never go wrong with them either.. They are off on the day of resurrection which is respectable and Im sure appreciated by its employees. They hold true to their values and will succeed because of God.“

Food was excellent, establishment clean - fantastic and customer service even better.
