The wait was very minimal even though they were busy. We ordered hamachi sushi, salmon roll, rainbow roll, deep-fried soft shell crab, deep fried gyoza, and our saimin (4). I ordered the Miso saimin which tasted really bland. I added Tabasco and soy sauce to give it more taste. Giving 3 stars for food because my saimin had no taste and 3 for service because of language barrier. Other than that everything else was ok.”

“A great stop while exploring the south side of Kauai! We had a wonderful experience at this location.
The Food:
Veggie Friendly: I was happy to find that they actually had veggie options in stock (which isn't always the case everywhere).
Quality: The staff took the time to heat the veggie patty perfectly—it wasn't cold in the middle or overdone. They also packed everything neatly for us to take on the go.
The Service:
The staff was fantastic. Even though it's a busy area, they didn't rush us through our order and were very patient and friendly.
Parking & Location:
Parking directly in front can be a little difficult to find during peak times, but there are usually plenty of spots available if you look around the surrounding shops in the plaza.
Overall: A clean, friendly, and well-stocked Subway. Perfect if you need a quick, fresh meal before heading to Waimea Canyon or the beaches!”

“We found JPs via google reviews and wow, the pizza was simply outstanding. We live in the Chicagoland area and we’ve had some great pizza. JP’s is some of the very best pizza we’ve ever had. Super fresh ingredients and outstanding flavors. We enjoyed it so much we went back a second time on the last day of our trip. JP’s Dad was working the counter and he was so nice to us and to every customer. JP knows pizza so don’t miss out on something amazing.”

“I was a little worried when I got there and they didn't have much left in their show case but it turns out there was a reason for that. This place is great. We tried a couple sandwiches and some donuts and every single thing was amazing. I was sad that we found it so for to the end of our trip. Will definitely be stopping there tomorrow before our flight leaves. They still limit it to four guests inside which I enjoyed with as many people that we saw on our trip that were sick.”

“Love this place. I've been to a few locations and it's always good! The coffee is amazing, but the real shocker is how great the food is! The local breakfast sandwich, croissantwich and Breakfast Burrito and so delicious, but my favorite by far is the Lomi Salmon Bagel....I crave it!!!!! Highly recommend!”

“Best smoothie bowl I had while in Kauai, but also in Hawaii overall. I got the Gandhi bowl, which was phenomenal. I appreciated that the smoothie is made with oatmilk because it was more creamy, as opposed to the watery smoothie bases I had elsewhere. The toppings were generous and very well curated. They do not skimp! I had macadamia nuts in every bite, along with goji berries, papaya, banana, and granola. This place is well worth a stop before or after the Waimea Canyon. I hope I get to visit again someday!”
