“I’ve been here four times and 3/4 of my visit was a great experience. They have a show in the evening that takes place at the surf pool and sometimes they have live singers on stage. Awesome ambiance and food is good. The burgers are tasty and pizza was enjoyed by the kiddos. We had one thursday evening where we waited an hour and a half for our food where somehow our orders was forgotten. Server kept checking on us and 10 min prior to closing she finally followed up with the kitchen and was told that our order disappeared. I spoke with the manager and they were apologetic about what happened but eventually our food was delivered after closing time. Food is always delicious.“

“I heard Noe's signature truffle pasta was delicious, so I tried it and it was really delicious. Even my wife, who can't eat truffles at all, enjoyed it.Originally, I only ordered pasta and steak, but the staff noticed that I wasn't ordering an appetizer and recommended a menu item: ahi salad? I ordered itIt was a taste that offset the irritation that was about to come out.Filet mignon is really delicious. My personal evaluation isTaste 10 points (perfect score)Atmosphere 9 pointsService 7 points (I finished ordering, but they kept telling me if I didn't order anything else, and if I refused, they wouldn't come any more)Quantity 2 points (small, I was hungry so I went to the supermarket and bought a late-night snack)Price 3 points (very expensive)*Please write “honeymoon” when making a reservation! “Amazing Poke! We got the tako poke bowl and the spicy ahi poke bowl and it was hands down the best poke I’ve ever had! The garlic rice/dirty rice is phenomenal!!!!! The bagoong fried rice is also incredible! Topped it all off with an Ube cheesecake. Everything was delicious. I’m only in Hawaii for a few weeks but I will be back! The staff was super nice and friendly too! Great service! They even offer a military discount.“

“We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. You pay at the counter, take a number, then they bring your food to your table. We tried the fish tacos, French dip and clam chowder (soup of the day). Everything was tasty, just a bit on the salty side even for me (I love salt). I would definitely get the French dip again (it had a delicious garlic flavor). The clam chowder was also very fresh, and lighter (less creamy) than most chowders.“

“Had a Hawaiian plate on Aloha Friday. Great food and just as we sat down for lunch a duet started playing Hawaiian classics including Little Grass Shack and Hukilau - talk about great atmosphere! The food was tasty and the portion plentiful for the price. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m back on Oahu.“

“We visited around 4pm and it was very quiet, the servers were very attentive and helpful, I never ran out of water. The fried chicken was incredible, and it seemed to be the size of a whole chicken. We also enjoyed the garlic Parmesan fries and salad. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the prices were reasonable (large dishes!)“

“The best fish and chips I've ever had! My women's softball team stayed in the cabins and ate here for dinner. They accommodated our huge party in such a short notice. We had a few young waiters that hustled to take our order and bring our food out in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one of our teammates did not receive her food. The Manager was called over to our table, and he was very quick to make things right. We loved the customer service, and apologize for some people in our party was not happy. Majority of us, loved it and was entertained with LIVE music by a great local band. Great job, we'll be back!“
“Glad we found this place! Shout out to Kai who is great- I really want that beer but it’s too early lol ? All their coffee is bangin and fresh. The baked goods are to die for- the croissant is heaven. We did the Ham and cheese croissant and it came with a mustard aioli and it was all made fresh! I love their cold brew- smooth! I’ve given up on Starbucks anymore. This is def worth a stop in the morning for your coffee fix and the team is friendly and welcoming ❤️❤️ THE ube roll is great too. So much to try and it’s all local!Shout out to Kai, Casie, and Seja ? You make Starbucks look weak! Def stop by and say hi, they get to know their guests!“

“The wife and I love Little Joes. The food is amazing. Last night, we had bruccehta as an appetizer, lamb chops, tenderloin, bacon Mac and cheese, and spinach. Everything was so delicious. Our server was great he kept checking in on us and made the night enjoyable with his conversation. The parking situation is a problem for me because there is limited parking. Then this location blocks off parking for valet parking. That seemed a little missed up to me. I think we will try the Pearl Ridge location next time because they have more parking minus the needless valet parking.“

“One of the absolute best tonkatsu spots I've ever been. We went for lunch at noon on a Sunday and only had to wait around 30min for a table. I ordered the ebi and pork filet combo and it came out really quickly. The ebi was super flavorful, and the pork was supremely tender. Both were fried perfectly golden brown. The katsu sauce is a little on the sweet side, but definitely good. I loved the garlic miso dressing so much I bought a bottle to take home. I will absolutely be coming here again!“

“Second time dining in and service is always so spot on. Offered a sample on the beer before proceeding with it, bartenders are very easy to converse with and they are knowledgeable on the drinks and food. Surprisingly happy with my Yuzu & ume whiskey sour drink, usually go for the sweet drinks but... 2024 says let's go easy on my heart and not get tachycardia. It's sour but not to the point where you find yourself making a sour face. First time ordering with them tried out their salt and vinegar chicken skin, portion wise... huge and delicious. Had enough to take home. Crispy chili pepper chicken was good too but I think we were just too "chicken" out... should've had a variety. Topped it off with fried rice kimchee. Second visit with the more diverse palette was for the win, mushroom wasn't too drenched with butter and the saimin had lots of veggies and meat, not just straight up pasta. Chinese style ahi belly was also nice, crispy on the outside but moist on the inside. Lots of sauce too if you want it a little bit more moist. Option to have a scoop of rice and things like pickled onion and kimchi can also be ordered but it's not mentioned on the menu, give it a go! Not to mention the sweet tooth, we made it to dessert (which we never do) banana & butter mochi lumpia was warm and balanced with a side of vanilla bean ice cream and side of lilikoi“
“One of my favorite places in the country. First time here was in 2006 where we unfortunately asked to leave during a small dispute between us and some Marines. Ironically we all were going to the same base so we shared an expensive cab back MCBH.Glad this place is still here and maintains the same vibe.“

“As long as you make a reservation, you can enjoy the best service at a very reasonable price. Although I was a guest and not a hotel guest, I entered the restaurant without making a reservation and was seated by chance. (I never thought I'd be able to eat it at a restaurant.)Before taking our seats, we were able to take a picture with Mickey. The staff will take a photo for you with your smartphone. A professional photographer will also take your photo and ask you if you want to buy it for a fairly high price, but of course you can decline (I didn't buy it because I was satisfied with the photos I took with my smartphone). The meal was ample and at $50 it felt cheap.During the meal, various characters came to my seat and I was able to enjoy the meal without getting bored.“
“Bliss Karaoke Lounge is an unexpected gem in our search for a great karaoke spot in Hawaii. Initially skeptical about the per-song charge, my first visit left me pleasantly surprised. The inviting ambiance and attention to detail in the decor immediately captured my attention. On my second visit, celebrating a friend's birthday, the experience exceeded my expectations. The bartenders, especially Chrystan and her coworker, were absolutely amazing, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the night. And let's talk about the food - their wings are crispy and flavorful, and the onion rings are my absolute favorite. Despite my initial reservations, Bliss Lounge has become my karaoke home in Hawaii. As the Queen Bey wisely says, 'SING!' - and Bliss provides the perfect stage for it.“
“The Puka is your "Cheers" bar. It's an establishment where you feel as though you're family. The service is great and be prepared to introduce yourself, they genuinely care. Once introduced, you become a "Puka Bum" and the stories will pour in! Highly recommended!“

“I recently visited Uncle Troy's during a layover in Honolulu and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the fried noodles with spam, cocktails, and shots during my time. I also need to give huge shout out and thank you to Priscilla aka "Silla" because she was sweet, attentive, and provided the BEST customer service during my experience. Plus, they have karaoke! If I am ever in Honolulu again, I will be sure to visit Uncle Troy's. Thank you so much, Silla!“

“I'm so glad that we found We Are the Bartenders for our wedding. From the start Krystle has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with. Her communication was on point and their prices are amazing. The service they gave during our wedding was the best! They were also an absolute joy to party with while they were bartending. Her team was amazing at our wedding keeping the drinks flowing and always made sure that my wife and I were never empty handed! Being the bride and groom we were all over the place and they always were able to find us and make sure if we needed another drink. My guests enjoyed their presences and the signature drink they made for us was absolutely amazing. They did a great job keeping everything clean for us and packing up the extra drinks at the end of our event. We were so glad that we chose them for our wedding. And so glad that our guest wiped us out! 10 out of 5 would recommend them at your next event! Can't wait to work with you guys again in the future.“
“Great outdoor pool bar. Small and intimate. Bartenders were very attentive. There is a lunch and dinner menu offering depending on the time of day. We just to happen to have been there at dinner time. The menu is small but impactful! Lots of yummy choices! We opted for the nachos and short rib Bao buns! BOTH DELICIOUS!!! This is the place to go in the evenings after dinner to have a couple cocktails and take in the surrounding scenery. Just so beautiful and relaxing! If you’re feeling like something sweet. Ask for the ice cream sandwich from the kids menu!!! YUM!!“

“We're tourists who were just looking for a place that wasn't touristy to watch a game. This was perfect! Prices are reasonable, and service was good. Parking lot is small, but there weren't many people (midafternoon on a Sunday) so it wasn't an issue. Kalua pork nachos were delicious!“
“Landed on the island on a Monday and left this evening's bar crawl in the hands of my cousin - the locals tour. Ended up in Kalihi on some nondescript, industrial looking side street and found myself in what my cousin described as a Laotian themed bar. There's always a first for everything. Very local feel, clean, casual, non pretentious. The acoustic system here kicks major a** for karaoke, although I have no idea what is being sung. It's all fun though. At any rate, very friendly staff, the kitchen closes late and they make a mean fried chicken. Come check it out!“
“Aunty niu is the best! Come by for a quiet, old school, local small business Hawaiian atmosphere, 5 star view over the Golfcourse and island, Great personal service, friendliest good people. Will personalize your order, whatevers. Thank you aunty ?? recommend get a kalbi loco moco if you’re real hungry.“
“The garlic fried rice is bomb. The mandoo is also bomb, the kimchee was awesome too.Compared to the other places, eat here. It is so good, even if you don't drink.Ordered the garlic fried rice, comes with three mandoo and kimchee. Please eat here, as other people said inside h-mart.“
“First impressions are the good vibes and staff ! The place is very lively and uplifting. The bartenders are always ready to serve you with a smile on their face and the security is always present but not too overwhelming. Wednesday nights and Fridays are always the best. If country music, pool, and good vibes is your thing. This is the place to be ! Definitely recommend checking it out.“

“Beautiful scenery of the lush green fairways. Restaurant Tombo is located on the second floor (elevator accessible). Due to the special 2-week "pop op" where a Michelin Chef served Pork Gomtang, Kim Chee tofu mandoo, there were crowds and the servers tried their best to keep up with the never ending flow of patrons. The entree was quite refine and the mandoo excellent. I think that local folks would prefer a heavily kochoguang flavored broth...stinging--this broth was refined...like for fine dining. I would like to go back and try their many other offerings“
