We have flights and accommodations reserved for a mid-June visit, and our rental house is just a short walk up Kokomo. We wanted vegetarian meals and they helped guide through their menu. We ordered a white pasta and their on-house margarita pizza. It was all delicious. Perfect sized portion for two (any be small for peeps who like to eat well; we like not so heavy dinner).

The breakfast burrito was 10/10! The smash burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long long time. The pancakes were fluffy and full of flavor! Would 110% recommend Cafe Mambo and definitely worth the wait if they don’t have an empty table!“

“We stayed in Hana on this trip to Maui, and we stopped by Coconut Glens for some of her yummy ice cream on the way. The last time we were here it was a wood building. I was surprised to see the food truck instead. The construction next to the truck was for future outdoor seating. This place is always busy, regardless of the time of day. I had the coconut ice cream that first day, and went back the next day for a scoop of coconut and chocolate chunk. They were both delicious.“

“A brick oven or stone oven, with a wood fire. The magic oven is a must-stop for anyone who loves great food, combining the local dishes with international ones. The chef truly knows how to pair ingredients. I had two types of pizza, the Fugazza and Prochuto with arugula. Then another visit had empanadas, milanesa. A local man sitting next to me had the burger, and it was cooked to perfection. The Magic Oven is located next to Jaws Country store, so if you need a last-minute gift, that's the place for a unique one. If you don't know what you want to eat, ask the staff; their recommendations are excellent.

“Travis was our guy, so friendly an chill offered great choices and had such a nice smile. Bar service was amazing. Food was exceptional tender calamari with a dipping sauce recommended by Travis was what brought us back a 2nd time. And the burger. Wow. My husband is a chef and it made him very happy. “Great food, prepared to order. We had the Camerones Del Mar, shrimp tacos, and as a bonus, Thai tea - all very yummy. There are two shaded tables to sit at. Be prepared to wait a little bit, but it's totally worth it. An outstanding topper to our excursion to the Marine Memorial Park.“

The sushi was really tasty, my husband had that and me as a vegetarian had the Blackend Tofu. I realize food is pricey in Maui however charging the same for the tofu dish as fresh fish was a bit much. But it was and excellent dish.“
