Yummmy! My partner and I are so excited Nicky’s is here and to have a new great place to stop on the way to work that meets both our needs. We had the donuts, breakfast sandwich, and espresso. All were fantastic! As a barista myself and a bit picky over my coffee I was happily surprised with the quality.

The only all gluten free restaurant I could find in Hilo! Husband has celiac and felt so happy he didn’t have to worry about cross contamination. I got the grilled spinach sandwich and it was amazing! The owners were so nice.
A damned good breakfast sandwich and a nice guy running the place. Area restaurants have breakfast options for unreasonable prices. I doubt their food is as good. Well done!
