909 is one of the most affordable options for the Ward area for a new building. It has access on both sides of the building which eliminates waiting to enter the building- which is a big negative of most modern condos like at Pacific Honolulu right next door. Resident at Pacific have to wait on the street behind the building just to pull in because there is only one entrance. 909 has easy access!
