This burger joint is located at the Ala Moana Center. Parking's a non-issue since you park at the mall. Parking tip: I usually park on the Neiman Marcus side, enter and exit out Neiman Marcus, take the escalator down to the food court. No restrooms but you're at the mall which has plenty to choose from. You order at the counter, in which the menus are displayed on their mounted TVs. The Cheeseburger Factory at Ala Moana Food Court is another entity owned by Liliha Bakery. They also own Mama's Spaghetti, Lahaina Chicken, the Poi Bowl... just to name a few! Today I was in the mood for a good burger, and decided to try this place for the first time. Healani was our cashier and she was amazing! The service was very quick, no hassle. Food was also great! Probably one of the best burgers i've had in a while for that price range. Place looks very deceiving for the food, but food again is very good.
