Chun Wah Kam Noodle Factory Reviews
Just dang good loaded $14 plate lunches, with all the Chinese-American style classics. 2 starches and 2 entrees lets you cover some decent ground- today we got mushroom chicken and sweet & sour chicken (very soggy tho) with lap cheong fried rice and plain chow fun, and everything was great and satisfied the craving! Their baked char siu manapua are freaking delicious too, especially when warm and with that sticky-sweet glaze on top! Limited parking out front.
The char siu manapua has to be the best one on Oahu. The meat is really well shredded and flavorful. It’s my go-to spot for their baked buns.Having parking in Kalihi is almost unheard of, making this another regular spot. Highly recommend it.Parking: A small amount of reserved parking, but no less than 5 spots. Easily accessible.

Hawaii is known for their manapua. If I'm ever on Oahu I usually get them from Chun Wah Kam and take some back to the mainland. Or have family and friends bring some back for me. This is a chain so they have many locations on the island. For a chain the taste is superior. Can't go wrong with the traditional Char Siu, but my favorite is the Kalua Pork. It's not always on the menu. Get it when you can. I prefer the steamed manapua over the baked version.
