“Good neighborhood spot to get some Hawaiian classics on the fly. We tried the spam and eggs and the loco love. Both were delicious and got the spot!

The interior of this location was a little dated and rundown but the food was good. The service was confusing because there was no clear spot where to order and they were taking orders from people behind us in line.

We ate on the fast food side before realizing there was a seated dining area in the back. Service may be better on that side.“

“A solid ramenya inside the Lanai at the mall. This spot offers a variety of ramen options. Prices are a bit on the higher side but the bowls come in larger portions. I went with the half size spicy tan tan ramen with char siu which was perfect since I wasn’t too hungry. Otherwise the regular size would have been the way to go. The char siu pork was tender with a light chew while the noodles were al dente though thinner than I would have preferred. The real star was the broth which was flavorful, balanced, not overly salty or spicy, and tied the whole dish together beautifully. Seating is limited at the counter but you can always use the Lanai food court area if you prefer.“

“If you’re a L&L fan, you’ll enjoy using their app to order food prior to your arrival. We are staying in the Hawai’i Kai area and were pleased to find this L&L location. Easy to drive to, food was great as always, and the app made ordering for a group of 7 so easy…just order, drive, and pick up, no waiting! I have this 5 stars for everything except Atmosphere as we did not eat there and I did not want to mislead anyone on that element.“

“I had trouble using my Zipster Rewards that are given to a senior customer who formerly had the original rewards.Working supervisor Dan at Waipahu Zippy’s helped me figure out how to use my $100 credit before the end of 2023. Weird that there was bits of chopped potatoes in my adobo fried rice omelet. i've definitely had better elsewhere but for a food court concession it was ok! Not bad! “Came in and ordered Teriyaki beef Saimin, mini Loco Moco, Salmon burger with a side of fries, and a mini Chicken Katsu. Very delicious, the chicken was crispy, salmon was cooked well, noodles in the Saimin were not over cooked, and the Loco Moco was great! Highly recommend stopping in here!

“My first Raising Cane’s experience was when I was with Kuuipo. She was so excited to let me know that there were chicken tenders! Last time, it was their way of saying hello and welcoming me. I thought the food was really tasty at first because she validated the touch from when I looked. Sounds like a great food to order for take out. I’m taking my time thanking her all the way through.“

“Long time since I visited this place… I missed their Mix Plate with salads! It was a bit after lunch time, so I didn’t wait for long to be served. My mixed plate was chicken katsu and mochiko chicken. My friend got beef cutlet and roast pork Mixed Plate. Both is us thoroughly enjoyed our lunch plate! Asian salad was just right flavor with sesame oil and fried wanton. A little extra was chow fun under the meat. And the price was really reasonable here!! ($15 each). Parking lot is just next to the restaurant, very convenient. It was really satisfied day for me.“

“Shout out to Giovanni Pastrami in Waikiki. First of all, they screwed up! Somehow our ticket was missed in the kitchen, and after we had waited nearly an hour for our food, our waitress came and told us what happened and that they were preparing our meal now. She was very apologetic and very professional. Then the head chef came out from the kitchen and personally apologized and told us we were getting a 25% discount for our extra long wait. The food was very good and we were quite full. But then, one more olive branch appeared in the form of a complimentary brownie/ice cream dessert! I never judge a business on their mistakes; shit happens. But I totally judge businesses on how they handle their mistakes, and Giovanni Pastrami gets an A+! Ron & Jeanne Lodge Wenatchee, WA“
