“I tried their sampler. From left to right, i got:
- Holy Krab
- Tacobella
- BAE
- In & Out
- Let’s Avocuddle
The rolls were the perfect balance of a crunchy shell on the outside with softer wrapper layers on the inside. The rolls were not too oily either.
The Holy Krab was amazing. It was like a creamy crab croquette in a roll. The Let’s Avocuddle was also a stand out. I like my meat, but this vegetarian option was surprisingly good.
There was also a cheese(?) sauce, sweet chili sauce, and salsa. The cheese sauce is literal crack“

“A part of me wants to put 1 star so people don't take all the good stuff early in the day!! (JK I wouldn't do that). The food here is amazing. I could literally eat here every single day for lunch if possible. I have tried numerous dishes and they are all amazing. The question is what do you like to eat? Absolutely phenomenal! Vic is amazing and she always fixes the best plates <3 Amazing chef.“

“Amazing little food truck, I would dare to say the best meal I had taking into account how much you pay and what you get. Nice little spot with shared tables, and more food trucks if you feeling like something else. The shrimps are huge and very fresh, the attention is very very good as well, basically, nothing else to ask for.“

“Catered lunch from this place for an office party today & let me just say that from the start we had AMAZING service. It started from The gentleman on the phone who took our order to the perfectly organized bentos in the box ready for pick up. We thoroughly enjoyed the food & still amazed how on top of it this establishment was! True definition of great food & even better service ❤️“

“Tanjas Tacos is run by the sweetest people. Only thing is i wish they were open earlier.
They got the vibes, food smells amazing, all vegan menu. They're open every weekend and I think they extended their hours. Just be mindful they sometimes sell out early.
Can't wait to try their tacos!“

“If you are in Honolulu/Waikiki and are a fan of sugarcane juice like me, look no further. This is one of the best places to try it, they are cheap, use no extra charge for ice and make it fresh for you right there. For 20oz it's just $8.They operate for just Monday and Wednesday, so look for timings and definitely check them out. The lady was sweet and helped us buy other fruits too, we picked sugarcane, mango and papaya too and they all tasted so good.“

“I wonder why they serve human food but have the name “fish food”? hm, the world may never know. anywho, i had the spicy ahi bowl (?) that came with rice, some fish, and 2 pieces of gyoza with sauce. the fish was good and had the spiciness of a 3.5 on the caucasian scale of spicy; has a little kick but won’t make you cry out for jésus or anything. the convenience of having poke on base was amazing but the portion size was not! $15 or so for a small bento sized meal is a little pricey as poke bowls at foodland are about $5 cheaper and they give you more fish and rice as well. For the size of fish food hawaiis spicy ahi, i have attached a pic to show the size with an ice breakers ice cube gum for a scale (didn’t have banana for scale)“

“A little gem at the farmers market! We saw posts online about this mochi before our trip, and made special plans to visit the market just for it.
It was worth it! We got four different flavors so we could try a range, and all of them were delicious. They're also just so beautiful!“

“People are sleeping on Dimsum Village because let me tell you, this spot was a hit. Found DV as I wondering around Chinatown and so glad that I did. They sell simply dim-sum, and buns at great prices. I got few of their pork and custard buns and they tasted amazing. At only 1.75$ each, you can’t go wrong with that. The pork buns were soft with plenty of nice charsu filling and custard buns tasted like they were made with duck eggs that was excellent. They were some of the best buns that I’ve had in Hawaii.“

“This place is a must when going to Ala Moana Center and you are craving grab and go Korean food. For such a small food concession they do offer a lot of variety. It is perfectly laid out to easily spot what you want, order or grab, then pay without sending much time with the whole process. They got such a large assortment of freshly made Korean classics and more. There are little bites such as musubi or kimbap rolls and then there are little KFC - Korean Fried Chicken and even mini salads that you can just pick up on the fly. Need something more heavy, they offer ready made full size Korean bento assortments as well as build your own from the ready made food buffet that they dish out for you based on your picking. The place is very clean, everything freshly prepared and neatly packaged. Service is attentive and move quickly to get you on your way so don't waist your lunch hour standing in line waiting for your food. Check them out, I'm sure you'll find something that you like.“

“Best Bagels on Oahu, without any close competition. I grew up in NJ where bagels are a religion, and had sort of given up on the idea of having a good bagel since I've lived in Honolulu. But I went to Tali's for the first time today and Holy S--t! The bagels are fresh, with a perfect bite and chew. The inside is light and full of real bagel flavor. The outside has that medium level of resistance that makes biting into a bagel so rewarding. The cream cheese schmears are delicious and spreadable. I also hit the OG lox sandwich that was so good, I think I cried a little. On top of al of that, the 2 people working there were so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!!!!!“
