Located in Waterfront Plaza, Hans Korean BBQ offers a handful of Korean-style plate lunch & soup dishes, with a solid selection of convenience store items and grab and go beverages, the latter of which I came in for.

Good food and generous portions. Outside public seating is the norm for the entire Waterfront Plaza/Restaurant Row. The meats are very salty.
The name of the restaurant has changed and is rainbow bbq. It had amazing and affordable food and the food quality and everyone there is amazing the ambiance around the place is really great too.
