We ordered the green tea flavour and it was so good! Probably the best dessert we had all holiday and definitely the best shave ice. It's a mountain of green tea shaved ice, topped with boba, panna cotta, black sesame ice cream, and condensed milk. Just the right amount of sweetness and very refreshing. Sampled the mango too and you can tell they use real fruit. Similar to Korean bingsoo but instead of milk ice, they shave fruit ice and tea ice.
It's not shaving a block of ice and then pouring fruit syrup over. It's frozen fruits and then shaved. Massive amounts. Then topped with more fruits. Tasted so good. Pricey though, but you taste the difference between real fruit and shave ice stands.We watched the worker make our bowl and saw a hair in there. She was not happy to have to start over making our bowl. :-(

I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought all shaved ice was created equal. This place has ice that comes out in what I would describe as ribbons, giving it a bit different texture than any other shaved ice you’ve had. I went with the mango option and it was fantastic. Make sure you ask for the condensed milk to be poured on top, as it’s a little known secret. The service was fast and friendly. A great treat while you’re basking in the sun of the Hawaiian beaches.
