Learning lesson. Go to Instagram to follow their specials and desserts. Saw it. Ate and then ordered dessert, but sold out. Lol All good. We didn’t even finish our ginger chicken ?? You KNOW you hit the right spot when there’s constant orders being picked up! ? We’ll be back… AND we’ll check out Instagram before going. Definite recommend.
Great little Hawaiian restaurant in a small strip mall across the street from the City Mill in Kaimuki. They only have about four or five tables, but they do a lot of takeout.We shared the crispy ginger chicken with fried rice and the yakitori chicken. Food was awesome and portions very generous.Check out their Facebook or Instagram page for their daily dessert specials.

Just as good as the one in Hilo. Good local food and service. The Laulau was so moist and juicy. Definitely a must try if you’re in Honolulu. A little hole in the wall. Look for Von’s and they are on the other end of that building.
