Their spring rolls are amazing! So was their fried rice. The wait was too long at all the sit down restaurants in the area so we came here. Super fast service and cheap and delicious food. �����
Probably the worst service in Hawaii!
The cashier does not carry the Hawaiian spirit and it’s extremely rude and unwelcoming.
There are far better Pho places with better customer service..
Would give a 0 for service if I could. Lady at the front today was RUDE and NOT at all helpful. My mom had a question about one of the menu items, and we could tell there was a bit of a language barrier, but that’s not an issue. The issue is that she is unprofessional and ill-mannered. Raised her voice at my mom for no reason, and was aggressive putting the utensils in the bag. Also, this place is far from authentic pho coming from a Vietnamese person.
