One of our go-to Tsukemen spot. Honestly, it's kinda hard to find a good place serving dipping noodles. The other is on King Street :) Bario is convenient enough that it's in the mall. Located inside the food court, where Patti's Chinese Kitchen used to be (all you OG's know). Parking is abundant, and there's a whole area of seating. Overall pretty good, but pricey. As you walk up you see the extensive menu options which can be super overwhelming. I knew I wanted tsukumem so just focused on the middle column. I ordered the spicy tsukumen with extra noodles, cha siu and added seasoned egg for $3. Originally I tried to order the tsukumen that came with cha siu and egg and asked to make it spicy, but apparently that wasn't a thing and they just pointed to the spicy version. i was pleased to see the multitude of options and levels of spiciness with the ramens. they offered ghost peppers, too! (although it was $4 extra). however, all in all i waited around 40 minutes for the food with 4 ppl ahead. i considered giving the place 2 stars, but the char siu and egg were both good. the actual ramen itself was pretty standard.
