Ramen BARIO Ala Moana Reviews
The chicken cutlet was well fried, but it had zero seasoning.
Located inside the food court. Was great a few years ago, but I would just go to the Waikik locatin in Stix. They don't have Tsukemen at this location anymore.
USED to be the BEST ramen in Ala Moana until they changed their menu. The old thick noodles are chewy and had a rich wheat taste you can even do take out 30mins later it still tastes amazing. The old Jiro style ramen with massive amounts of pork fat floating on the soup is so beautiful and delicious.
Until they replaced them with weird somen. Thin and lacking chewiness, it softens quickly. The new soups are just flavorless.

Located in the Ala Moana food court, Ramen BARIO Ala Moana offers delicious ramen dishes. The Bario Ramen, served with thick noodles, can be prepared spicy to taste. The rich broth is flavorful, with some finding it heavy, but others appreciate its depth. Prices are reasonable for a mall restaurant. The fried rice is a highlight, considered phenomenal by some. Many customers enjoy the thin noodles and recommend trying the egg with the ramen. Some have compared the ramen to Ichiran in Japan, noting that it is very good but not quite as great. Overall, it is a popular spot that is always worth a visit.
