Employees were really friendly to me. I've been visiting this place for a few days since I arrived to Hawaii and they were really lovely. Thanks for your service 🥰
This is the best Starbucks I've ever visited. I really appreciate the baristas- they're caring and professional, and take the time to know the customers. Even when the lines get long (such as when a meeting or class gets let out), they move the line along quickly and efficiently- and despite getting yelled at by some customers, they manage to smile through it with the utmost professionalism. This Starbucks location, situated inside Kapiolani hospital, offers a unique and impressive experience. The dining area is stunning, with plenty of seating and outlets for customers to work on their laptops. The hospital's cafeteria is adjacent to the Starbucks, providing a convenient option for a meal. The employees work hard to keep up with all the orders while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. The coffee is hot, and the pastries are fresh. The location is open late, making it a great spot for those who need to work or relax over a cup of coffee. The atmosphere is comfortable and full of natural light, ideal for hospital staff, visitors, or anyone looking for a peaceful spot to work or unwind. While service can be slow at times, it is still a pleasant experience, and this Starbucks is highly recommended for both drinks and snacks. Despite some occasional stock issues, this location has a larger selection of items, making it a gem for customers seeking variety.
