“If you're looking for shave ice in Maui, then hit this spot. Refreshing flavors and tons of options to choose from. I've tried the POG, Grape and Litchi flavors. Litchi was my top favorite. If you like mochi, don't forget to top yours with mochi on top. But the place is quite popular and there's always a wait but the line moves quickly though because their service is pretty quick!“

“Absolutely Unforgettable Thai Experience in Maui!
My Thai near the Maui airport completely blew us away. We tried the Thai tea, spring rolls, Thai fried rice, basil fried rice, and plain noodles for my son—and every single dish was exceptional. The flavors were so rich, balanced, and authentic that I can confidently say I’ve never tasted Thai food like this in my last 15 years.
What truly sets this place apart is not just the food, but the hospitality. The owner personally shared that some of the dishes are their own non-recipe creations, and you can genuinely taste the passion and originality in every bite.
And the coconut tapioca pudding—wow. It deserves a special mention because it was simply out of this world. One of the best desserts I’ve ever had, Thai or otherwise.
If you’re anywhere near the airport or visiting Maui, this place is an absolute must-visit. Incredible food, warm service, and a dining experience we’ll remember long after our trip. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Maui! 🙏🇹🇭🍽️“

“Order at the door/window. 10-15 minutes they call your name and it’s ready. Order online to skip line. Fish sandwich is the best on the island. Chicken sandwich was good but fish sando is much better. Mac salad was amazing as well. Pork loco moco bowl was mid. Not much flavor. Takeout only.“

“I go here everytime I visit Maui. The staff is very friendly and it's always busy.. but worth the wait. Locals seem to frequent this place so you know it's good! Breakfast is fantastic, I always get the red hot sausage, egg and rice dish.“

“My favourite place on the island to eat, worth every penny. I daydream about it. Hot food bar with tons of vegan options (there is no meat in the store at all, it’s a vegetarian grocery story with hot food bar by weight, and a bistro with food and smoothies). The salad bar is unreal. I love the late hours. I also always hit it on the way to the airport. I wish this was my business and I’d love to meet the brains behind this operation, just so cool. “We actually took our food to go. We had a few appetizers plus 2 dinners. All of the food was Ono! 😊
I was disappointed that they no longer carry tapioca pudding. They said that no one was ordering it so it was discontinued. That was too bad. 😩
Our dinners were huge with our pupu’s. We had the left overs the next night. I highly recommend this place! 🤙🏼👍“

“Ate here once a few years ago and have been meaning to go back sooner. Went this past week like 3 times! We like their bahn mi sandwiches, Tan Tan Ramen, 6 minute egg and Mac Crack Fish Bowl. Their cook does a good job and all of the local wahines working the cafe’ are really nice!“

“We stumbled across this place after a shore excursion dropped us off at the mall. We have Thai once a month or so in the Midwest so we weren't sure what to expect for Thai in Hawaii. I don't know how to describe it other than to say it tasted fresher and more flavor-ful. We saw staff from the ship here, so we knew this had to be a great spot. So glad we stopped in!“

“I’m a panda guy,all over.
Going once a week to any panda near by and on that day I got inside and got their beef broccoli and it was quite good.
No wait time,it was served to me at the spot right away.
Rice was ordered too and with the soy sauce it was delicious.“

“Our family has enjoyed Fork and Salad for years. They have amazing staff, expertly designed salads and sandwiches, and great local products. It’s “feel good food” that always leave us satisfied and feeling healthy. Our kids also love it (they eat kale now!) and our six year old says that she wants to work there someday! It’s definitely a great meal for Kama’aina and visitors.“

It’s an experience for sure. Great food. Friendly staff. Although the restaurant doesn’t feel “clean”. Service is pretty quick and sushi is generally fresh.“
