“Fun experience. Coffee tour is free and describes the farming, cultivation, market and sale of Kona coffee. The mill itself was not impressive, but I found the presenters and staff to be true masters of their craft, with a high degree of knowledge. They were all extremely friendly and inviting.
There is complimentary coffee that you can taste before and after the tour. Options include the light roast American, French, Vienna and my favorite, the Black & Tan (mix of the American and French). The only costs are the self-guided nature walk and of course any purchases from the gift shop. The tour was honestly quite short and modest, but I would do it again to support the business, and it’s only $10. I also had a bunch of samples, so I was rather eager to just “go.” I could fairly see others concluding otherwise.“

“Recently I came across Koholā Coffee. I had no idea how reasonably priced the incredible food would be, how yummy the smoothies and other drinks are. The owner is a bright eyed beauty full of incredible Aloha and all of her staff are equally as awesome. I love whales and so does Jeannette🐋‼️ THE BEST‼️“

“We love this place because the coffee is so good. Staff kind and knowledgeable. They offer a cool mail order service with nice savings to keep you supplied with beans. Great gift shop. A fun time in Naalehu.“
“I have always loved the smell of coffee, but unfortunately could not get past the acidic taste. Kona coffee café introduced me to Peaberry Kona coffee. This is the first time that I have ever been able to drink coffee let alone really enjoy it. The friendly staff explained how the volcanic soil and the timing of picking the bean changed the acidity in the coffee. Since being home, I’ve already placed an order and I am enjoying my coffee every morning. Thank you so much for introducing me to this amazing drink!“

“We came across this cute café on our way out from the cruise ship. There was a musician with great music and voice, the food was delicious and it was a great spot to just sit and relax. They have indoor seating with games and outdoor seating as well.
Vegetarian options: My husband and I had an egg and cheese wrap and a cheese pizza.“

“It’s a cute cafe, nice girly vibe, coffee drinks are good, it’s a little expensive but not too bad, it’s a great place to hangout with friends or family. It has great WiFi but It is not ideal for working or studying/doing homework as it is noisy and outdoor seats have a lot of disturbance from the road, nice view of the ocean.“

“Absolutely wonderful staff, the food was delicious! We got the ham and egg sandwich special, I got a Rocha mocha iced and oh my goodness I should have gotten a large! The atmosphere is super nice with indoor and outdoor seating on a nice corner of a little strip mall. Loved it, and if I'm in the area I will 100% be coming back!!“
“I come here to stock up on coffee every time I’m in town, and Christine (sp?) seems to always be there, ready to welcome and chat up her customers. She encourages everyone to try the samples, and of course she talks them all up. But it is a very enjoyable experience, and the coffees are delicious. I even grabbed a bag of new-to-me beans.
I can definitely recommend this place.“

“This place is a true gem! The decor is welcoming and fun with soft beach pastel that makes you want to relax and visit with friends and enjoy your coffee and babka. The menu is incredibly tasty and the pastries incredible and unlike many of the norm you find elsewhere.
The retail products have much charm and the variety is unique with take home reminders of the chill island vibe.
Lastly, if you are looking for coffee or tea, you will not be disappointed, down to the fresh honey and accompaniments.
Check this place out! 🤙“

“The sign says ask about the dirty coffee but everyone should ask about the pour over! Excellent pour over with your choice of beans, iced or hot. It's the best coffee I've had in Hawaii. It may take a while to prepare a pour over but it's worth the wait.“

“This is a cool modern vibe coffee shop. I really enjoyed the selections of coffee with local flavor options. The bread was amazing, made in house I believe and it was quite tasty. The food options are limited, but good quality. The coffee was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was nice and it had free wifi for anyone looking to relax and work. I would recommend a stop here.“
