The owners and staff go above and beyond to make people feel welcomed, seen, and cared for.
The coffee and food are consistently excellent & crafted with intention and quality. You can tell everything is done with heart. What sets Blue Bird Café apart is they don’t just run a business; they steward a space that brings people together.
Grateful for places like this that serve both great coffee and the community. Highly recommend Blue Bird Café, you’ll leave better than you came.

“Our family very recently vacationed in Kauai to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. I had reached out to Ko Bakery several weeks before our trip to have a cake made to surprise my parents. We chose the Haupia with Lime buttercream and also got a dozen cupcakes (yellow cake with chocolate buttercream) for the kiddos. The cake and cupcakes were AMAZING!!!! Their customer service is incredible (especially since we were communicating through email) and pick up was a breeze. I highly recommend Ko Bakery!!!“

“Love this place. I've been to a few locations and it's always good! The coffee is amazing, but the real shocker is how great the food is! The local breakfast sandwich, croissantwich and Breakfast Burrito and so delicious, but my favorite by far is the Lomi Salmon Bagel....I crave it!!!!! Highly recommend!“

“The barista that took my order and made my drink was so kind and so quick. I think her name was Shanelle. She took the time to get to know me and ask what kind of drink I was craving because I didn’t know what I wanted. She asked how my day was and she made me feel so special. “Restaurant in Hyatt Resort. Beautiful setup. Recommend getting outdoor seating if available. The views are breathtaking. The breeze is refreshing. Menu has short selections..the appetizer is shockingly small..like 4 bites for $25..try splitting that to a party of six..lmao. The portion size might be normal for this type of dining. Not recommended for teens. Mines opted for something familiar (burgers), which defeats the purpose of dining here. Overall good dining, would come back..but definitely leaving the kids at home.“
