“I feel compelled to write a review because I got the most insanely incredible cookies from this place and just went to find the name so I can save it/recommend to others so I searched cookies in paia and it didn’t show up. Don’t sleep on these cookies! The ice cream was great too (loved the pb) but the COOKIES for real.“

“If you come to Maui this is definitely a place to enjoy a home cooked breakfast or lunch. I’m here from Utah for 7 days and my son took me there. Excellent atmosphere. And the food was delicious at a reasonable price.“
“My wife took me here for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Everything was 1st class, from the service, atmosphere, music and especially the food! I was ready for a meal of exceptional quality and got not only quality, but quantity. Beautifully plated and fun. Definitely the best dining experience of my life.“

“Happened to be walking by, saw how busy it was, and loved the chill vibe so I waited for a table and so glad I did. Staff is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! Food was outstanding! The breakfast burrito was 10/10! The smash burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long long time. The pancakes were fluffy and full of flavor! Would 110% recommend Cafe Mambo and definitely worth the wait if they don’t have an empty table!“

“I got the coconut gelato - only flavour available that day. The freezer was too cold so the texture was like snow, however, once it warmed up, the flavour was rich and creamy, not heavy. Best coconut taste ever! Would have been a 5 if not for the texture/freezer issue.“
“Massive shout-out to the Surf Club and Paia Inn in Maui for being the absolute best wedding venue we could have ever imagined! The setting was like something out of a dream—lush greenery, stunning ocean views, and the perfect blend of tropical vibes and intimate charm. The photos speak for themselves!
But what really made our day unforgettable was the incredible staff. From start to finish, they went above and beyond, making sure every detail was perfect. They handled everything with such care and made us and our guests feel so welcomed and at ease. It was like being surrounded by family!
If you’re looking for a wedding or event venue in Maui, do yourself a favor and check out the Paia Inn. The combination of beautiful surroundings and exceptional service made our special day even more magical. Mahalo to the entire team for making it all happen!

“Travis was our guy, so friendly an chill offered great choices and had such a nice smile. Bar service was amazing. Food was exceptional tender calamari with a dipping sauce recommended by Travis was what brought us back a 2nd time. And the burger. Wow. My husband is a chef and it made him very happy. The margaritas where delicious and so refreshing. Thankyou we will make it part of our trip next time too .Many Blessings .“
