“We bought the egg sandwich and the tuna & egg sandwich for breakfast, and even the next morning, the bread was still soft and fluffy. Both were generously sized and really delicious.🤤 We also picked up a ribeye steak, and it turned out perfectly delicious just by pan-searing it.🥩“

“We had their special Mother's Day, buffet brunch and there was a great selection of food available, including an omelette station, prime rib, crab, sushi, salad, etc. Everything tasted very fresh and the brunch included bottomless mimosas. While it was a buffet, our server, Krystine, was very much on top of things, keeping an eye out for us. She was exceptional. There was a capable duet providing live background pop music. Tables were far enough removed that it wasn't too loud. It was a little warm because the air conditioner was malfunctioning, but not unpleasantly so. All in all, a very successful Mother's Day celebratory brunch, and I would recommend it, if the price is right for you.“

“Totally awesome authentic burger place. My only regret was not ordering another burger. My sister had the Surf Burger and I had the Hi-Heat. On the drive back to our hotel, we just randomly kept saying what a great burger those were. Honestly surprised we didn’t turn around and go back for more.“

“Came at the end of lunch service and right before dinner so the restaurant was pretty empty. Lunch menu looked more appetizing and better value. Dinner was basic Mediterranean options, nothing stood out. Zucchini chips were hands down the best thing we ate at halani. The steak kebab, harissa chicken kebab, and saffron rice were dry. Blackened shrimp was cooked well. Staff were incredible and very attentive. Honestly ate the food and didn't say anything because we didn't want to create a fuss for them. Would go back but for lunch instead.“

Naupaka is a casual, poolside restaurant where women can just wear a coverup over a bathing suit and men wear a tee shirt over bathing suit trunks and totally relax and enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the big island of Hawaii. We enjoyed our meals at Naupaka including the fabulous coconut shrimp, burgers, salads with shrimp, and chicken sandwiches. Even more impressive than the food and sunsets was our server, Indi, who was most accommodating, professional and friendly. We hope to see her again on our next visit! We would also like to send a special shout out to our bartender, Roy, who made us the best frozen strawberry margaritas we've ever had!!!We totally enjoyed this restaurant and would highly recommend it.“
