“Surprisingly good. The location is right off one of the pools so I wasn't expecting amazing food. We however enjoyed every morsel We split the gem wedge salad, the lobster/scallop pasta and ended with the chocolate pie. All so good. Highly recommend“

“It's a nice place for cocktails and bar food at sunset. The servers are friendly and will mix any drink you ask for. Combine it with a burger and you have a nice evening out. It's open seating so there may not be any tables open. But there was plenty of room around the bar.“

“We had our Montana State U FCS Div. 1 National championship party at Diamonds and they knocked it out of the ballpark for us! Holly and the crew at diamonds made great food and drinks in spectacular and accommodating environment. We had over 40 people and they made it work with multiple TV’s and sound. It was a great time! Highly recommend diamonds whether it’s a large group or just a small group needing to watch a specific game.“

“The 50’s diner feel was real! Staff was super accommodating. The Betty Boop art takes you back. Loved the jukebox. Milkshakes were delish! Our burgers did not disappoint! The house sauce gives it that Maui feel!“

“We ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one Spam, egg, and cheese, and the other Portuguese saugage(linguica), egg, and cheese. They both had great flavor, and were a decent portion, for a good price! The two sandwiches cost us less than one cost at a different breakfast spot we went to previously. The restaurant itself isn't very updated, but don't let that fool you!“

“Pros: Perfect location within the Maui Ocean Center facility. Tables on edge of property over looking the ocean. Minimum to large menu with sandwiches, salad, and fish. Reasonably priced beers.
Cons: A-al-cart dishes with add on expenses for fries or chips. Some plates are overpriced and during lunch slow service.“

“We enjoyed drinks and the live music in the evening. We ate dinner twice here. It is a nice place to come when you want to eat lightly. One night, we shared the Chinese dim sum flown in from Oahu and another night we had the ahi tuna.

In the lobby lounge, they filmed some of the dining scenes of HBO's White Lotus Season 1. There was a display case past the restaurant with the fountain to the right heading towards the ballrooms with White Lotus artifacts and information which was fun to see and to read.“

“Our server, Isaiah, was most helpful with the menu choices. We had the roasted beet salad and the Steak and Frites. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium plus, but it came out less than medium and had to be sent back to be cooked further. Other than that, it was a delicious meal in a great location.“

And then the Haleakala filet mignon, once again perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned and topped with compound butter that was melted at table side with rosemary. (It feels like we are saying perfect too much! But we do mean it!) Then to end the evening celebration with our chocolate lava cake surrounded by white and milk chocolate fondue with banana bread and fresh fruits was simply scrumptious! Chef Junior Ulep, Mahalo for our special night, with our deepest grateful hearts, we appreciate your mana and the joyfulness in which you have chosen to feed us and our fellow patrons at Kula Lodge Restaurant!“

“What a fantastic performance Brenton put on with Mulligan's Magic Show! I had heard about this show from another family we met while horseback riding one day on our trip to Maui and we literally altered our Road to Hana day to be back in time for this show... and we were SO GLAD we did! It was the perfect evening and a nice break away from just seeing the beauty of nature. Brenton was funny, engaging, family friendly, and full of energy but he was also SO talented with his magic! I have a 21 and 18 year old and they were so impressed, laughing most of the night. We caught a couple of his tricks on video and posted them and our Facebook friends were in awe too! This show is WELL worth your time and money, and Mulligans offered fantastic dinner options too. Go see the show if you get the chance - you won't regret it! It's truly... well, "magical". :)“

“Service is fast and friendly despite all us annoying tourists.
The food is what can take a long time coming out, which is pretty obvious when one sees a line out the door.
If one doesn’t want to wait for food, just grab one of the ready made sandwiches and/or salads.

As someone who doesn’t live in the USA anymore, it was great to see Erewhon products sold in Maui.“
