“We went around 8am on a Thursday morning and at the time we arrived there were only 2 people ahead of us. We got butter rolls, vanilla filled malasadas, cinnamon rolls, and banana bread.
I am not lying when I tell you that of the 10 butter rolls we got only 2 made home and 1 of the 4 malasadas. My husband has had the malasadas at the famous place on Oahu (I forget the name) and he said that these were better.
The butter rolls are unlike anything else that I have tasted. And they are honestly better than I can describe using words.
I know everyone on the island says that their banana bread is the best, but Four Sisters Bakery has, in my opinion, actually the best banana bread on the island. No shade to the others, all the ones I tried during my 2 week trip were good, but theirs was the best.
Do yourself a favor and make the trip here. It is worth it.“

“They made a gorgeous strawberry cake for my mom’s 60th birthday. They were even able to do a strawberry buttercream and lemon curd filling. It was perfect.“

“Food: 8/10
Service: 8/10
Atmo: 9/10
Tried their dry mein and it was OK.
The beef skewer was the best, by far.
The manju was really different and interesting.
Service felt a bit stretched thin but we received our food relatively quickly, considering how packed they were. We had ab a 20min wait to get in on a Wed morning just before Noon,“

“We have been regulars here for about three years. Love the friendly, laid-back atmosphere, the fantastic lattes and of course the avocado toast - but most of all the music. This place is musician-friendly and audience-friendly and everyone has a great time. Highly recommended.“

“I've tried only one thing from S&J Bakery. My workplace orders it annually come Thanksgiving time and most recently a co-worker picked one up for us to devour as an afternoon dessert.DESSERT:Pumpkin Custard PieFirst off, I'm a huge custard pie fan. Pumpkin, I'll eat but don't enjoy it as much as my eggy love. Mix the two together and you've got a damn tasty concoction. S&J's crust is the closest to my mom's homemade version, yet hers is still better ;). Flakey and moist with a surprising crunch to the exterior. The texture of the filling is my only quibble. The closest paradigm I can come up with is that it's similar to ricotta cheese; gritty and gelatinous. I'm guessing that's what happens when you combine the two fillings together. It's not repulsive but just a bit odd on the palate. That tidbit aside, the pies always have a fresh, quality ingredient-taste. Top it with some whipped cream and you'll moan with pleasure, lol. Highly recommended.OVERALL:Mmmmm... yessss... ooooh... ahhhh... yessss.... I'll have what she's having!“

“Great array of Northern Philippines dishes. Think pinakbet, monggo, pinapaitan, Filipino BBQ, phenol, fried tilapia, sinigang na bangus, langka viand, and so on... One of the few places in Maui where you can have legit dinakdakan. Aside from plate lunches, there's a bakery section for care packages, and a frozen area section for your good 'ol longganisa, tocino etc. The place has great ambience, service is friendly.“
