“Better to order online and pick up in store versus dealing with the lines as this location gets busy around lunch and dinner times. The staff are nice and the orders were prepared in a timely manner. Clean store with lots of indoor seating. Parking is tight but not impossible.“

“Ordered online and paid through the Subway App for The Beast footlong and the Home Run Ham footlong, place is located in the restaurant area in Waikele Outlets by Genki Sushi, Chilis and Mcds so parking is kinda tough to find during peak hours.

Usually park by KFC and walk across, order was ready when I walked in, doesnt get much easier than that🤙 4 stars“

“I stop by maybe once a week. There's this really cool girl who works M-F . She has excellent customer skills & is overall pleasant company. Subway in Waipahu need to give her a raise because me and the other customers always smiling and laughing when she's there.“

“I am about 5 months pregnant and some of you might know that you're not supposed to eat any cold deli meats while pregnant. However you're allowed hot deli meats. I haven't had any deli meats or really a good sandwich for months. My pregnancy cravings finally won out and I came here to see if I could find a work around. The staff was so friendly and welcoming I had no issues asking to have my deli meats cooked to make my sandwich safe! Not to mention they handed me a sandwich the size of a baby! I literally skipped to my car I was so happy! Then to top it off, it was everything I wanted and more, extremely delicious! I will definitely be back!“

I loved the Scuba Dive (no surprise there), but I think I'll swap ham for turkey w the Zipline next time. I also want to try the hit sub terichix. All are a gr8 deal at about $10-12 (Bolo w all meats, bacon, & avocado is $15.50).“
