“stopped by for a bowl of pho and it was really satisfying. the broth was rich and flavorful, the meat was cooked well and nice and tender, and the noodles soaked up all the flavor from the soup. perfect kind of meal when you want something warm and filling. i'd definitely order it again.“

“Ordered for delivery and the app was easy to use and quoted an hour for delivery. Before I could finish vacuuming and she was knocking on my door. This lady was so sweet!!! Now the food was... It was amazing! I ordered Mongolian beef and chicken with veggies. The egg rolls were perfect, light crispy and full of goodness. Both entrees were fantastic. Definitely the best I have had in the Ankeny area in the past. Thank you for doing a great job on customer service and quality😊“

“I've been eating here since high school and it is still my favorite chinese joint. Sure there aren't any fancy frills and what not but that's part of what I love about it. It's simple, decor isn't fancy, they focus on the food and their customers. And they do those both well.“

“We've been going to them for 10 years and have always had good service and the prices are very reasonable. The food is good and fast.The egg drop soup,lo mein,pork egg rolls,beef on a stick,dumplings,beef and broccoli are good.We usually do delivery but run in sometimes“
“I was there with my young child today and had an amazing experience with one of the cashiers. Her name is Rebekah. She was an absolute pleasure to chat with while she checked us out. She was kind, warm and radiated kindness. She didn't know, this but I have been going through some very difficult things lately and interacting with her helped me feel hopeful again. “Meet my brother and his wife as they were traveling and I knew Hy Vee would be easy to find coming of the interstate. I was not aware that they had no wait service in the restaurant. They directed me to the bar area so we could order. Starla G was our server and she was okay. We ordered our drinks and took advantage of the half price appetizers. The chicken quesadilla was good for $4.50 they did change extra for guacamole but worth the extra money. Drinks at $1.99 for coffee and ice tea was a good price. We all ordered different entries so we had chicken sandwiches and omelettes for $10.00 each. Food was good but not sure I would return as I like to have a more attentive waiter or waitress.“

“I’m a new pescatarian but ive been a vegetarian for a really long time. It’s hard finding Chinese food that has all the great flavors but shrimp but wow does me eggroll deliver. Service was so nice, wait was quick. The food was amazing. Seriously can’t recommend enough ! :D“

“Just went here for my bday dinner last night with family (was a little worried due to reading prior reviews) and all 7 of us had an excellent experience! Bar tender was friendly and did a great job, and the wait staff served happily and quickly. Chef did a great job and entertained and engaged us, while we had delicious food at the hibachi grill. It was a great outing!“

“It's fast food but I almost always like what I get. The fried rice is nice and so far I've liked the entrees I've tried. Some of the spicy dishes are really good
I'm giving four stars because there is no way to place a special order - for example I can't order an entree without bell peppers. Also four stars because it is a good fast food place but not a five star restaurant. Try it, you'll probably enjoy it and go back somewhat regularly like I do“

“Love Panda Express!
Their walnut shrimp is addictive. They could totally give you a couple more shrimps, but I know it's expensive.
I went with the bowl today with fried rice and had some spring rolls, too. The spring rolls are amazing. So crispy on the outside and filled with flavor.
It seems like they always have plenty of people working to keep up with what we amount of business they have. The line always goes smoothly and quickly.
Seating for 50-60 people? Drive through available.
My total with a pop was $15. Not bad for a filling lunch.“
