“The location has never done me wrong. They get my order correct every time and... once they even called and said they were out of one of my items but when I got there they said they had time to make more and I was still able to get my whole complete order. They went above and beyond to get me my complete order.(I would probably not have, honestly)... I have no complaints with this location or staff. They are always so nice and friendly and great.“

“We recently visited Brick & Ivy Rooftop for dinner! We were greeted by friendly staff who took us to our table and told us the server would be right over! Within seconds we were greeted again by an enthusiastic server named Kinzie she joked with us all night and made our dining experience one of the best nights out we have ever had! “I was on my way home, and craving a meatball sandwich. I drive right by this restaurant and thought “surely, they will have a meatball sandwich.” They did, and it comes with onion rings or waffle fries. I chose fries. When I opened the box, it looked so delicious, the right amount of cheese and the waffle fries were seasoned. The meatballs were absolutely delicious and the bread was soft. I’m not usually a fries person, but the seasoning was great, no ketchup needed. I will definitely be back to try more things off the menu. If the meatball sandwich was this good, I think I’m in for a great meal!“

I didnt know they were closing in 15 minutes still got great service as it was ever first time eating there. Even made me specialty pizza and offered desert before its taken back due to closing.
