Called this morning to let the staff know we were going with a group of 12 and they said that would not be a problem. In an hour our group received water and a drink order placed but never got it. The same server continued to wait on other tables, make drinks for other tables and made no effort or hurry to make ours or come back to take our order. In addition, the bartender continued to walk around and socialize rather than makes drinks. We even wrote down our whole order and patiently waited for her to come back to make it easy for her. This is the second that we have attempted to come to your establishment with the same results.“

“Had a blast here & ran into someone my friend knew his name is "priest" the vibe was incredible & the music was great.We all had an incredible time! I streamed on Instagram to my followers to spread awareness of this place because it was really fun.My husband realized my cash app card fell out of his pocket and we hurried back to the club around 2:11 am. I received a notification that I was charged $100 from the club at 2:07 am and we didn't order anything that much and every drink we ordered I signed and tipped on a paper receipt.He came in the club highly upset because of the time of the charge he felt it was the establishment. I encouraged him to lower his voice because we are unsure who made the charge. In the end the owner or manager gave us the refund of $100 because they knew it wasn't us.Whoever found my card and used it is incredibly stupid. A $100 charge on a cash app card is very noticeable and this app sends you notifications of the time the charge happens. I'm not sure what happened but I'm glad the owner is honest and fair.I streamed the whole night that I was there reaching 1 million views. So I'm happy that he gave us my money back!“

They had salads and applesauce.

Parking: They had small parking spots.. BUT it was ok.“

“The owner is an absolute saint, he is so nice and a great human being! However, the bartender Megan Hampton is honestly the worst human being I’ve ever met in my life. She was rude to me the second I walked into the bar, then she screamed at me, I went to another bar, and the bartender said Megan did the exact same thing to her and her boyfriend. She openly talks about using cocaine and other inappropriate talk around the bar. She is single-handedly ruining the reputation and good name of Poncho. If you don’t believe me, sit at the bar when Megan is working and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.“

“Looking for a night out without going downtown or west Glenn? This is the place. Karaoke on Tuesday, trivia on Wednesday. Lots of regulars including myself. We don’t bite and love a good time. Unlike other places, you won’t get weird looks for being new here. 4 Pool tables, 2 dart boards, 3 slot machines with Ridgemont tickets (each worth a dollar at the bar). It’s a good sized place so you can find your own area or chat with a new friend. I’m an honest guy, worst thing about this place is the urbandale and Windsor heights cops linger because they smell a good time. Just get a ride if you have too much fun.“

Buffalo chicken Rangoon = fire! Amazing flavor/texture. Was perfect.
My wife had the pork tenderloin sandwich with macaroni (& cheese) and loved it.
My main was the surf and turf rice bowl and I have to say it is the best rice bowl I’ve had in a very long time, even from places much more expensive. No joke - this place exceeded all expectations and the food was perfect, from flavors to textures, the unique blends weren’t over the top, and were perfectly executed. Seriously, amazing food. Nice staff up front too and the place inside looks incredibly nice. Will be back to eat in when I have more time.“
