“The owner is an absolute saint, he is so nice and a great human being! However, the bartender Megan Hampton is honestly the worst human being I’ve ever met in my life. She was rude to me the second I walked into the bar, then she screamed at me, I went to another bar, and the bartender said Megan did the exact same thing to her and her boyfriend. She openly talks about using cocaine and other inappropriate talk around the bar. She is single-handedly ruining the reputation and good name of Poncho. If you don’t believe me, sit at the bar when Megan is working and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.“

“They've really tried to change in the last 5 years or so. They offer daily special meals like steak night (mondays) and taco night (tuesdays). The steaks are legit some of the best I've ever had. Served with very well seasoned grilled onions and mushrooms.

“I went here for the first time because I was given a coupon from my realtor (Brett Fine - best realtor ever) and little did I know it would quickly become my favorite local restaurant. I’ve tried several items from pickle fries to the gyro, Tito’s flatbread, Alfredo, etc and everything had tasted wonderful and always comes out hot. The service is always top tier - friendly, efficient. Can’t say enough good things about Tito’s.“

“This is now the craphole of bar & grille places in central Iowa. While we had a good server, Sam, the rest of the experience was well below expectations. The worst wings I've ever had. Fried nuggets with sauce just poured over. What used to be really good boneless wings are now awful. Two tables there the whole night. Heard they're charging for lemon/lime slices for drinks. Needless to say will not be back under current ownership. Shame on you.“

“I arranged for my team to come in for a dual retirement party today and it was so much fun! I was able to talk to them and have food ready when we arrived. It was only $30/pp and that included shoes, the bowing, and a buffet that they kept on top of refilling plus unlimited pitchers of soda! They were so easy to work with. The food was great (get the cheese curds) and the staff was friendly. Extra shout out for a well kept and clean facility! We will be back :)“

“We frequent here a lot because of the diverse menu which has something to please everyone and the food is almost always perfect. However, we have come to understand that this location is lacking a permanent manager and it shows. This trip, the greeter was rather short when seating is and I noticed he had the same demeanor when waiting on tables (we had a different server whom was good). Food was good but the bathroom needed a little attention as the trash was overflowing. The previous time we ate here the server was running her but off trying to take care of everything and doing a great job. She was the one who informed us of the management situation and she apologized. I hope they can resolve the issue to bring some order to the restaurant.“

“This is my third time coming to this location & the experience has always been good, the food taste fresh & always good perfect. The employees are super helpful & friendly. I never feel rushed to order or leave after eating. Having the option to sit outside or on the roof is a game changer if you are staying late for drinks. All around awesome place!“

“Heather was our server/waitress and she was outstanding. We had a group of about 50 people with about 15 different tabs to organize, and she was so efficient. I have never had such fast service at a sit down restaurant when visiting with a large group. This was a with basketball team and their families. The team all played games after eating, and it was a fun atmosphere. The food was amazing and at our table everyone raved about the boneless wings“
