“Food was delicious as usual. We love Longhorn. Our problem was more with the server. Lizzie was mannerly and courteous but was always in a rush even though the restaurant was not close to full. We were seated at 5:40pm on a Tuesday evening. We got the feeling that she didnt want to give us time to ask for anything. She definitely did not go out of her way as a server to see if we needed anything else other than our food that we ordered. We usually have exceptional service here but we were somewhat dissapointed.”

“We are a group of 3 couples who pick a non chain restaurant to enjoy once a month. You’ve been on our radar. We called ahead to make sure we’d have a table as we drove 45 minutes Kindly she said she’d hold us a table. From the moment we stepped inside we received friendly exceptional service. Our waitress- sorry no name but the sweet blonde who’d just returned from Italy. She graciously waited on us From Reubens , Shepard pie, fish and chips ALL DELICIOUS. And great variety of drinks. Such a gem. The FOODIES will be back.”

“The NEW Foundry in North liberty is AMAZING!! Always great food, Always a friendly smile, the food & service is what ppl go to restaurants for and GREAT food & GREAT service is definitely what you will receive here! The managers make sure the atmosphere is welcoming along with all the staff. Great place for all sizes of parties whether its 1 ppl to a latge group, they are always willing to accommodate and make it happen. This new restaurant has been booming & Im sure its ranked at #1 in the area so far! Soo happy my daughter has found her calling to serve as she continues her nursing studies! I definitely recommend everyone to check them out!!”

Salad was good but more than some lettuce was brown; sandwich had old rubbery Swiss cheese and slab of chicken or turkey, and Margherita pizza had little flavor, a few tiny pieces of old basil, and doughy crust. A waste of a wood-fired oven. Go for fun, not food.”

Service was top notch (Kat, our server, was very attentive & knowledgeable of the menu items) and the food (I had a chicken sandwich & my husband had a tenderloin) was excellent!! “Swinging by for a pre game meal before hawkeye womens basketball games (non-sunday) is a must for us. Cranberry Kelly for the wife and the hottest variety for me. Hers is a scoop, mine on wheat bread, hers with chips, mine with soup and always perfect. Wish they would open one in central Iowa....west des moines would be perfect!”

“This restaurant was quite a surprise - when you walk in the door you don’t expect much. However the experience that my husband and I had here in April was awesome. The food could not have been better the people who prepared it were really awesome. would highly recommend this little Chinese restaurant to anyone who wants good Chinese food at a reasonable price.”

“I can't say enough about how good these cookies are. I walked in on a whim and bought the monster and the OG chocolate chip cookie sandwich. No sooner had I bit into them and I was transported out of my being to a plane of bliss that transcended time and space. These are hands down the best cookies I've ever purchased. These are the cookies America needs right now. Do your patriotic duty and buy some. I promise you won't be disappointed.”

“I’d probably give this place the first four stars just based on fond memories, but we stopped in before a game and the Bine delivered in spades! We arrived 4 hours before the game and the place already had great energy. We were able to park through the game for only $20 and found a table with no wait.

Our server was nice and efficient and the wings were as good as I remembered! For the atmosphere, food and location, this is an easy 5 stars. We’ll be stopping back when we’re in town again in a few weeks!”

“I went into this establishment Friday evening and the staff were very friendly. The service was fantastic and the food delicious. Even though they were super busy, they were very nice and didn’t rush me when I was ordering. I did notice that a person I assume is the owner was pacing around like a bull in a china cabinet and he was talking to who I assume is the manager and was extremely disrespectful to the manager. I don’t know if I could support a business where the owner isn’t good to his staff.”

“The food served at Sarku Japan in the Coral Ridge Mall is always hot, fresh, and delicious. In my opinion, the serving size is generous. My daughter and I often just add the extra chicken option and share a single teriyaki chicken meal between us. Their prices are certainly higher than they used to be, but so is every other restaurant in the mall and everywhere else. In my opinion, their prices are fair given the quality and quantity of food that they provide.”

“Selection and cleanliness are both great but the reason I wanted to review was actually for the mother’s room- it is my first time using one provided by HyVee and it was so nice! It was private and comfortable. There was a place to nurse, change the diaper and wash hands all in one place. It was unexpectedly very nice and I am grateful. We were able to get our groceries AND take care of our four month old 💕”

“Just had lunch at Jethro's BBQ Iowa City - Coralville. We ordered the family platter - a huge amount of food so we could take some home and have another great meal out of it. Food was great … our server Alysa was great. We look forward to our next trip to Iowa City so we can stop by here again. Jan.”

The guy placed me and my elderly family member at a 2 table seat under a register and the whole time it was cold while we were eating dinner. We asked to be moved and told us no more tables and the restaurant was not even full and there was plenty opens tables.”

“This was my first time trying soft pretzels and I got 2: a classic and a cinnamon sugar. The guy behind the counter was friendly and quickly made my order. The classic one was pretty good, but I found it to be a lot more salty than I expected. The cinnamon sugar one however was really good and I throughly enjoyed it.

Parking: Located in the mall, so use the mall parking.”

“I love stopping any Cold Stone. It is one of our all-time favorites. The first time I ever went to one was on my honeymoon in Virginia. I got coffee with gummy bears and cookie dough. 18 years later and I've gotten the same thing every time I've gone and we've probably been to 30 different Cold Stone creamerys around the US. This one is right up there. In the top of them. It was very clean Even in the bathrooms.. Well run and the people behind the counter had a good smile. Very happy all around. On our way to Nebraska for the weekend. The two of us really had a lot of fun here. Thanks for the memories”

“This Burger King on 1st Avenue in Coralville is a standout. While other Burger King locations can be a bit hit or miss, this one seems to get it right. They certainly did today. I was leaving the University Hospital after a long and tiring day and was too exhausted to cook, so I used the app to place an order around 6:30 p.m. for pickup. The process was smooth, and my food was ready when I arrived. My Whopper meal was prepared perfectly, and the ingredients were noticeably fresh—the lettuce was crisp and the tomatoes were red. It was a great, satisfying meal and a perfect end to a tough day. I'd highly recommend this location.”
