“Celebrated my 70th birthday here last Friday night and the food/service was spectacular. They really catered to us. The six of us shared the charcuterie board and devoured it (plenty for six people though). The Chilean Sea Bass, Filet, Salmon, and Short Ribs were excellent. The flourless chocolate cake and bread pudding were very good. Highly recommend this place. Thanks to Hannah for providing us top notch service.”

Salad was good but more than some lettuce was brown; sandwich had old rubbery Swiss cheese and slab of chicken or turkey, and Margherita pizza had little flavor, a few tiny pieces of old basil, and doughy crust. A waste of a wood-fired oven. Go for fun, not food.”

We called ahead to make sure we’d have a table as we drove 45 minutes Kindly she said she’d hold us a table. From the moment we stepped inside we received friendly exceptional service. Our waitress- sorry no name but the sweet blonde who’d just returned from Italy. She graciously waited on us From Reubens , Shepard pie, fish and chips ALL DELICIOUS. And great variety of drinks. Such a gem. The FOODIES will be back.”

“I went today for the first time and loved it! I ordered the iced raspberry white mocha latte and the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito, which was served with salsa on the side. The managers make sure the atmosphere is welcoming along with all the staff. Great place for all sizes of parties whether its 1 ppl to a latge group, they are always willing to accommodate and make it happen. This new restaurant has been booming & Im sure its ranked at #1 in the area so far! Soo happy my daughter has found her calling to serve as she continues her nursing studies! I definitely recommend everyone to check them out!!”

“Cheddar’s is one of our favorite restaurants for a nice atmosphere, good service, and delicious food at a reasonable price. And while we could have afforded a pricier venue with linen tablecloths and napkins, we chose Cheddar’s in Coralville to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. Our favorite item on the menu is their Bourbon Glazed Salmon. I mean, it is delicious and always perfectly prepared. But I want to talk about our dinner last night. Who,e we were there, our son in in esoteric called the restaurant knowing we would be there and wanted to pay for our dinner as a surprise. Well, the manager Jeff said he could not take any credit card information over the phone. Knowing how disappointed our son was, he would personally comp our meal. Our son offered to reimburse him through Venmo, but Jeff refused. When our dinner was brought out, he personally game to our table to explain what had transpired. What he did wasn’t necessary. What he did was make sure we had an enjoyable dinner and that our son got all the credit for it. Cheddar’s was a favorite before last night; it’s even more so now. Thank you, thank you for lovely and memorable evening. Oh, and as for our waiter Dallen, he was generously tipped for his service.”

“We don't usually eat at chain restaurants, but this was the choice. I was pleasantly surprised. The menu had some nice options, heavy on the calories. 😁. The food came out quickly it was all cooked right, and the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp were really good. The service was OK.”

“Just had lunch at Jethro's BBQ Iowa City - Coralville. We ordered the family platter - a huge amount of food so we could take some home and have another great meal out of it. “Fresh food that feels healthier than fried chicken or burgers. Flavors are delicious and mild, if you want more flavor ask for the sauces! Omar was working and super friendly with good suggestions. The other guys were friendly and interesting in making the food the way I wanted it. The hummus was delicious with the paprika as well! If I have any Croatians, I might recommend the gyro meat they give patrons is not the last in the pan. But give this place a try!!! Also, there were troopers there, if they like it, you know it’s good!”

“Selection and cleanliness are both great but the reason I wanted to review was actually for the mother’s room- it is my first time using one provided by HyVee and it was so nice! It was private and comfortable. There was a place to nurse, change the diaper and wash hands all in one place. It was unexpectedly very nice and I am grateful. We were able to get our groceries AND take care of our four month old 💕”

“This was my first time trying soft pretzels and I got 2: a classic and a cinnamon sugar. The guy behind the counter was friendly and quickly made my order. The classic one was pretty good, but I found it to be a lot more salty than I expected. The cinnamon sugar one however was really good and I throughly enjoyed it.
