I had a whiskey Old Fashioned, and it was AMAZING! And it paired awesome with my perfectly cooked T-bone steak! The topper was the turtle cheesecake! Side dishes-especially the mashed potatoes- are amazing. They are far and away the best value for an excellent steak dinner. And the strawberry shortcake dessert is delicious. “This was our first time at Sullivan's and we will definitely be back. We tried the spicy shrimp eggrolls appetizer - so delicious. My only complaint is there were only two! Our ribeye steaks were perfectly cooked to order and the cocktails were quite good. Our server was knowledgeable, had suggestions, but wasn't pushy. We will definitely be back.“

“We were visiting Omaha on vacation in our attempt to see all 50 states. Since we were going to be here over Mother’s Day, we made lunch reservations at Gorat’s. I was so excited for a famous Gorat steak. However when we arrived we found it was actually a (lovely) buffet for the holiday, not the traditional menu. Well, let’s just say that the manager that day was the most INCREDIBLE, kindest, most thoughtful manager of a restaurant I’ve ever met. She went way out of her way to make sure I had the full Gorat experience. Our server was also equally wonderful. I don’t know if we will ever get a chance to come to Omaha again, but if we do, Gorat’s will be our first stop. Also, the lasagna they had on the buffet was soooooo good. Second only to my brisket lasagna. If you want a great dining experience, Gorat’s is the place to go.“
