“I had a great experience at McDonald’s! The staff was friendly and welcoming, my order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and correct. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the service was fast even though they were busy. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back!“

“Don’t understand why this specific McDonald’s has such a low rating! When I went the service was great. The staff helped me with my order and made sure when the kiosk didn’t print a receipt to get me one. Gave this a 4 out of 5 because it took quite a while to get my food but I do understand I went right when school let out and a ton of kids were there. Overall great experience“
“Did an app order. atmosphere outside was fine. The employees at this restaurant are always super nice been going there for about 3 years now.
Parking: This place is in a great location. Always plenty of parking and the lot and trash are always picked up and clean. Make sure to recognize this particular location.“
“Very, very busy location. Lines are long. Very fast and quick service, though. Sometimes the orders are wrong. The quality of the McDonald's food, though, is better than the other ones nearby. Employees here work hard and are managed well. Clean place, clean bathrooms. It's a mcdonalds. All in all, a good McDonald's location imo.“
“Pre Ordered and PREPAID FOR breakfast at 947am waited in line for 16 minutes only behind 4 vehicles arriving at 1007am. At 1023am a girl comes on speaker tapes my order number verified it and my name asks me to hold on for just a second comes back on at 1026am and informs me that they no longer have breakfast available to please pull up to the window I then pull up to the window I explain to her what time I ordered tell her it was already paid for and then ask if there's any way I can just at least pay for a coffee I am told no everything should be refunded onto my McDonald's app watch it never was this was approximately 2 months ago $37.64 to be exact and the manager then come up and told me that I needed to leave there was absolutely nothing she could do to refund my money. Literally robbery at ours finest. I then see them hand a bag of breakfast to the couple behind me. Will never eat there again.“
“Whoever the dreaded man was working the second window at this McDonalds at 12:35 pm on Saturday, January 6th should at minimum be general manager if not working in corporate office. He brought something to McDonald’s that I would never expect 1 a fast food chain 2 let alone a McDonald’s and that is hospitality. He was so kind and asked great questions and then asked if we tried the new drinks, we said no and he grabbed us a small blueberry drink, and it tasted like something from Starbucks. Our food was also solid, but it’s random employees like this that make us want to go to a place over and over again.“
“This guy, with a bun. Maybe in his mid 20s. Legit payed for me because I forgot my wallet. I don’t know his name. But my order number was 135 on July 21, 2026. I hope this guy gets a HUGE raise. “This is my go-to McDonald's when I'm feeling a fast breakfast. The staff is always super friendly and the service is quick. I think the most I've waited in the drive thru is a couple minutes when they were clearly busier than usual.“
“I just wanted to share my appreciation for shane working at the 3610 mere hay road location. I had a long wait for my food because of a little mix up and while I was waiting I watched shane treat each customer with respect and apologize for the waits. He was trying to attend to everyone and make sure everything was right. I could tell they were understaffed or just super busy, either way shane was doing great under the pressure. Please give him some recognition or a raise!“
“I wanted to leave a review because one employee provided excellent customer service and was clearly working very hard despite not feeling well. She was friendly, attentive, and did a great job taking care of customers.
However, I was concerned that she appeared visibly sick while handling food and interacting with guests. My concern is not with the employee herself—she was doing her best—but rather with the decision to have her continue working in that condition.
I would appreciate clarification on the company’s policies regarding employees who are ill, especially when food handling is involved. Employee health and food safety are important for both staff and customers. I hope management ensures team members are supported and encouraged to stay home when they are sick.

“Not sure exactly what happened at this McDonald’s. But it used to be really good. The Food used to be really good. But now all of a sudden I see that they have some new people and the Food is never corrected. The Food doesn’t taste very good. It’s cold. The workers are very nice, but they are not getting anybody’s Order right at all. This used to be the best McDonald’s to go to. Now I will probably not Come back at all. I bought two breakfast burritos and sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin meal. And instead they gave me a sausage cheese, McMuffin, two of those and one breakfast burrito. And two hashbrowns with the medium Dr Pepper. My Order was completely wrong. And now every time I go there, it seems like my Order is always wrong. And the Food is not that great anymore. It’s cold and it just doesn’t taste very well. Like it’s been sitting all day. oh yeah, and the other problem is the last two days. We ate from there and we order a chicken sandwich Mill. The big chicken sandwich mill And got their five dollar mixing match twice that has happened to us. They need to make sure they are getting their orders right cause not. Everybody wants mix and match five dollar Mail deal“
