(The monster and sugar cookies are also a 10/10 recommend!!). Michelle went the extra mile and also made an amazing,personalized monster cookie!!! “Got the Sampler that had onion rings (taste weird, breading fell off), pretzel bites were over cooked and on the dark side in color, chips were fine and the 2 chicken stripes weren't too bad. Never getting again.”

I ask for a five-dollar gift card for the inconvenience; as a military veteran, I value their commitment to serving the community and their work. I received a caramel macchiato upside down and with non-dairy milk instead of regular, yet they resolved the issue calmly, surprising me in the process.”

“Stopped at this location on a commute through the state. They were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable about food allergies (Celiac Disease). Was in and out within 20 minutes and had no reaction to the food. Highly recommended.”

“Dunkin Donuts is where it's at. Love the weekend service at the Marshalltown location. The girls are great. They spoil my dog rotten with generous pup cups when he comes through. The breakfast sandwiches are always hot, delicious and made with care (take a lesson McDonald's). I do app ordering and pick up through the drive through. So convenient. Coffee is superior to Starbucks and Scooter's and the sugar free coffee options are great. Would love for them to offer some sugar free syrups but I can't complain!”

“Food was just fine, ordering kiosk is a pain and so cool in the building we could see our breath..To cold to eat there so we went across the street and ate in the lobby of a local hotel.”

“We had the kindest most lovely host, medium black hair, reddish highlights. complimented my madoka magica shirt and asked to be friends, I would have said yes but unfortunately the age gap was just too much for the both of us. On another note: they seem to be understaffed, the hosts and waiters are trying their best, even if they can be forgetful, they have long days like you do. be kind to them.”
