“Great customer service. Our family went this afternoon to get smoothies. The girls working were polite and quick. My daughter dropped her smoothie on the ground and one girl promptly cleaned it up and the other girl made my daughter another one. I definitely didn't expect it but she was happy to. “Broker listed this address for pickup, but when I got here I was directed to another cold storage warehouse for pickup 5 miles away. I'd call ahead and ask if you're picking up a reefer load about which warehouse to go to. The other warehouse had me in and out within an hour a few hours before my appointment time.”
