My daughter dropped her smoothie on the ground and one girl promptly cleaned it up and the other girl made my daughter another one. I definitely didn't expect it but she was happy to. Hawk Haven with the awesome leadership, great staff, and an awesome environment have far surpassed the expectations of anything that’s been there prior. The Mixed Grill Platter from their grilled entrees section is an absolute must-try but Chicken Curry was a standout - tender, fall-off-the-bone chicken in a rich, aromatic gravy that tasted slow-cooked and perfectly balanced. It's easily one of the best chicken curries in Colfax. I followed that up with their Butter Chicken, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. Highly recommended. I lookout for great vegetarian options as well and Punjab Kabab House really delivers. Their Chana Masala was excellent — hearty chickpeas in a tangy, house-spiced masala that was fresh and not oily at all. Paired with their Palak Paneer and perfectly cooked rice, it made for a perfect meal.
It's rare to find such a wide variety of vegetarian food that taste this authentic. I'll definitely be back!”
