“Such a fun cool bar with history! Everybody knows your name type of feel with wonderful staff! Good food also! Recommend chicken bacon ranch pizza! Great place to stop while touring these small communities in northeast Iowa! Would be a nice motorcycle ride into town!“

“A very nice restaurant and bar. Super friendly staff as well as patrons. I eat hardely and i was stuffed with the special, which was a giant tenderloin and i had fries which i couldnt finish. Money well spent in my book. Very relaxed atmosphere, actually ran into a cpl friends. This place has always had an excellent rep. Which is well deserved in my opinion.Parking: Plenty of parking many spaces can be veiwed by restaurant windows, i had no problem with the lighting but i recall it being soft on the eyes. Why waste money on unneeded lights which would pass costs onto the cust.. haste not wasteWheelchair accessibility: No steps that i can recall, very flat level ground.“

“I ordered the Scalloped Potatoes and Ham. I thought that was cornbread but it was mandarin orange quick bread. In the bowl is applesauce. All of it was delicious. With a can of Diet Pepsi the bill was just under $10.I don't live in Clarence but I'll make a point of stopping there on the way to other places.They have a very limited menu but I like that. “A beautiful Sunday morning, and we were out with 2 other side by side owners (total 8 of us). And found a great place to stop for drinks and some of us decided to take advantage of their daily special prime rib sandwich. But a few like my BF had the grilled chicken sandwich which he said was good and the rest had the prime rib sandwich and said it was good as well. I however ordered the grilled pork tenderloin sandwich. It was dry and a bit bland even with mustard and ketchup added. I would be back but I would prefer not to order that again. My friend did order the breaded tenderloin and said that her sandwich was good so it must have been the grilled one I had. (maybe could have been over grilled, from one restaurant owner to another). Next time, I will order the breaded one to see the difference. They do have a great menu selection. Overall everything was good and waitress and everyone there is so friendly. It's a really nice bar and grill, has plenty of seating, and game room. Highly recommended.“

“Great waitress and good food. Bartender wasn't attentive to everyone. She was drinking and made me a horrible mixed drink. Had it remade and wasn't any better. The drink was quite lacking in alcohol, like the gin was watered down.“

“I was just driving through the town and wanted something quick to eat on the go. The were having a special "Cuban Sandwich" I had never heard of it before, but that is what the waitress recommended so that's what I ordered with a side of french fries (which I usually throw away).This sandwich was amazing and mouth watering.... I couldn't eat it all because of how big it was. The french fries were also delicious, they had a crispy outer crunch that ... well I can't describe it. This is a MUST stop at if you are ever in that area!!“
