“We were out at an outdoor event in Des Moines. I took notice of an ice cream truck that was not familiar to me. Plenty of flavors to choose from and I was served promptly and with a smile. I could not believe that I could get the same homemade , creamery taste from a food truck ! It was amazing and my only regret is that I shared mine . Best I have had in Iowa and worth every penny , especially on a hot Iowa day!”

“my daughter and I stumbled upon this neat place today. she has the classic burger with a side of fresh fruit and she loved it. I had the grinder with a side of amazing tomato bisque soup. we shared some tasty chicken loaded nachos and will definitely be making the 45 minute drive again very soon. our waitress was a lovely lady named Tatum(I cannot remember how your name is spelled,I'm so sorry). she was rocking the bar and taking orders all by herself. she constantly made sure we were doing ok. 10/10🤟”

“Great place to get your tea or protein shake!!! The staff are wonderful people, they make you feel welcomed!! If you don't know what to get they will help you out with ideas. Today Jennifer and Sage helped me pick today. My grandkids also love getting their kid sized teas or shakes!!!”

“I absolutely love Fiesta, it has been our date night destination for three years now and Fiesta never fails. My absolute favorite is the Chori Pollo and their cheese dip. I cannot recommend Fiesta enough it truly is amazing mexican food. 10/10 ⭐️”

“Visited the Pizza Bar with family after a soccer game. Food was fantastic from multiple appetizers to the pies. Re: the pies -- the pizza was perfect -- and this is coming from a NYr. Great selection of brews. Service 5 stars! At the top of our list the next time we visit home. 😍”

“Food is good, but I find it extremely gross they don’t wash the baskets the chips go in after every customer. I have watched them just take the wax paper out and throw it on the shelf.”

“Food could have been better, temperature wise. We only had appetizer combo. But it was good and fresh. We were only one of two tables in the restaurant part so service was sparatic. Then went to game room and had a blast. Great place for date night if ya want to act like kids again for an hour or so!! Lol”

“I stop at this location frequently because my route takes me by this place. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is always very friendly and do a great job. I stopped in the other night and they were cleaning up for the night and the staff wasn't rude to me at all being they were closing soon. They made my sandwich the way I wanted and everything still tasted very fresh. I can't speak for all the bad reviews but I can tell you this Subway is on top of their game and the staff have always been very friendly to me. Stop in and I promise you won't be disappointed.”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Pleasant Hill Burger King. The staff was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and made the visit enjoyable from the start. We ordered the Eggnormous Burrito, a croissant sandwich, and hash browns, everything was cooked to perfection. The coffee was top notch as well, fresh and flavorful. Overall, a great breakfast and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Just stopped in for the first time and WOW!!! These macarons are absolutely INCREDIBLE! If I lived closer, I would genuinely be here every single day. I love all of the flavors I picked out, but they gave me a free Cinnamon Bun macaron to try and it was easily the best thing I have eaten in a very very long time. I will be anxiously awaiting the next time I have an excuse to run to Ankeny and pick more of these up! Edited to add: I was so excited about the macarons that I forgot to comment on the delicious coffee I got! I tried The Good Day and it is SO yummy, would definitely recommend if you like your coffee on the sweeter side :)”
