“Brooke was new to the store and was awesome! Very sweet young lady and was very good with helping my granddaughter’s order! The manager on duty today is excellent with his staff, constantly giving them compliments, helping them and was very good explaining to Brooke when she had questions. They let me know right as we came in that bread was coming out of the oven in 3 minutes since the order before me was a huge catering order that was a walk in order, not an issue! I am so happy we waited since the service her was 110% The store was very clean, the restroom was super clean and all the staff were very friendly! I definitely will be coming back to this location again! The food was absolutely delicious! Thanks for being awesome!

“I am a frequent customer at this location, to the point where they know my order by heart. The employees there are nothing short of amazing and kind, and are very focused on their job. Sometime last week, I believe their computer system was down or something, but that didn't affect their work ethic. I would happily recommend this location to everyone I know, and I often compare other Subway locations to this one due to how wonderful they are.“

“A little off our path from the highway but the service and food well worth it. Your typical deli fair but the secret is in the sauce. That's right their house made dressing was a big difference and left a nice sweet tang to the sandwich. Definitely recommend it if you're in a hurry and want something to fill you up.

“McAlister's is basically where you can go if you want Panera but don't want to eat Panera again. They have a ton of options for soup, sandwich, and salad, and they have a "Pick 2" deal as well. The soups all taste good, but it's like they take a normal hearty soup and send it through an industrial puree machine to make it smooth and dull. That makes the chili especially sad-looking. That said, very easy to get full on 5-700 calories and reasonable sodium levels (for fast food, anyway).“

“I went here for a light dinner since most of my first options were closed.I’m going to guess it was just the end of the day but the drink machine needed some cleaning. The floors near some tables near the walls weren’t much better.Fortunately, the sandwich I got - the Turkey Bacon Ranch - tasted good. The pickle spear was pretty crisp and not dripping with brine (I’m thankful for that).Overall, this Firehouse Subs did a good job on food but I hope they can improve their cleanliness.“

“This place was absolutely a wonderful experience. They also have more soup options and items available then offered for me to recommend I highly recommend there salads, sandwiches, and soups.

“Still one of my fave sammich places around town. #13 Italian “Mike’s Way”. Not pictured, #4, 7 and 11. All excellent, service was friendly and nice. Wish they had arrows, truth be told, as it’s confusing where to walk and stand but oh well. “There was a sign for where you could order your meals but it wasn’t very visible so we had gotten in line for adding the ingredients and making the sandwiches (which we thought was the start of the line) but then had to go back to the front to order. Very crowded don’t recommend going during the weekend especially lunch hours. Their internet was down so they could only do charges up to 25 dollars one at a time. The kimchi Philly was delicious. The associate who made our sandwiches and took payment was helpful and efficient“

“I've been frequenting this Subway more often these days. This is one of my Go-To Subways.
I have tried Subways at quite a few places in Des Moines.
And, I can say - by far - this is the bets of the lot - both in terms of service and quality of food.

The staff is amazing. All of them do a wonderful job.
Rohin (or Arun) - He has been the one who takes care of my order most of the times. Very nice person, humble, with a great attitude, great listener and customer focused.
Jen - She is an amazing woman. Pleasant attitude, very attentive.
Rocky - He is another wonderful staff. Great service and nice friendly attitude.

Being a vegetarian, my options are limited. But, the staff makes sure that their hands are clean and washed and they take proper care of my dietary needs.

And, Rajesh - he is the owner and manages this outlet quite well.

The interior is clean all the time. The Bread and cookies are always fresh.

“Wanted to wait until I visited this new location at least four times before giving an honest review. Well, after four visits are not completed, I will say that the staff and owner of this place are doing things the right way! I used to be a subway and Jimmy Johns customer, but after visiting this location multiple times, I am now a Jersey Mike's customer. The owner is really outgoing and easy to talk to, making things more relaxing once the order is being processed. The staff that prepares the food are friendly also, and they aim to please as much as possible (within reason). The sandwiches are built with care, not sloppily put together like other establishments I have visited. The facility is clean, and safety making the sandwiches is always practiced. They are also very efficient getting the order processed in a timely manner. For the near future, this will be my "To-go" place for fast food. Thank you!“

“Our family is a frequent visitor to Jimmy Johns. Lately, we've been stopping by your Jordan Creek location and interacting with Nathan. He is awesome!! He makes the experience so personal by creating small talk while he gets the drinks ready and receipts printed, etc. He's so kind and also keeps the line moving. He makes the experience more than a transaction. We think he's awesome and a perfect example of someone who puts effort that other's wouldn't into making your Jimmy John's visit a memorable visit every time we go. “Great Subway location!! It has charging stations, the facility is clean. The employee's are friendly. The reason for not a 5 star is upon request for a plastic knife to cut up my tomatoes I was informed they had none. Then I requested a knife so I could do it myself they said they couldn't let me use a knife (which I totally understand) then I asked if they could just cut it for me. I had not opened the salad or anything yet. I was told they don't do chopped salads anymore. Ok cool lol. So moral of the story if you want your tomatoes cut up on your salad ask while they are preparing your food. I would like to re-itterate no employee was rude or disrespectful. Very pleasant staff!“
