While working in the corner, woman came in and told the store she completely made a mistake when ordering and it was her fault, not theirs.

“I am a frequent customer at this location, to the point where they know my order by heart. The employees there are nothing short of amazing and kind, and are very focused on their job. Sometime last week, I believe their computer system was down or something, but that didn't affect their work ethic. I would happily recommend this location to everyone I know, and I often compare other Subway locations to this one due to how wonderful they are.“

“I went here for a light dinner since most of my first options were closed.I’m going to guess it was just the end of the day but the drink machine needed some cleaning. The floors near some tables near the walls weren’t much better.Fortunately, the sandwich I got - the Turkey Bacon Ranch - tasted good. The pickle spear was pretty crisp and not dripping with brine (I’m thankful for that).Overall, this Firehouse Subs did a good job on food but I hope they can improve their cleanliness.“

“Honesty, great food for the most part. Atmosphere inside was really nice. I’ve done pick up as well and that is fairly smooth too. Only complaints are they give you an optional tipping screen when paying, when they don’t really offer any courtesy acts once they’ve given you your food both for dining in and for pick up. Also they jack up the price on tea, lemonades and certain sides, and I have to say the fruit cup is not worth the price jump. But their sandwiches are great, service is fast, and overall not bad if you just get a water and chips for your drink and side.“

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Subway today! The staff were friendly, professional, and made my sandwich exactly the way I like it. Everything was fresh — the bread was warm, the veggies were crisp, and the meat was perfectly portioned.

The restaurant was clean and inviting, and they prepared my order quickly even though it was busy. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

“Wanted to wait until I visited this new location at least four times before giving an honest review. Well, after four visits are not completed, I will say that the staff and owner of this place are doing things the right way! I used to be a subway and Jimmy Johns customer, but after visiting this location multiple times, I am now a Jersey Mike's customer. The owner is really outgoing and easy to talk to, making things more relaxing once the order is being processed. The staff that prepares the food are friendly also, and they aim to please as much as possible (within reason). The sandwiches are built with care, not sloppily put together like other establishments I have visited. The facility is clean, and safety making the sandwiches is always practiced. They are also very efficient getting the order processed in a timely manner. For the near future, this will be my "To-go" place for fast food. Thank you!“

“There was a sign for where you could order your meals but it wasn’t very visible so we had gotten in line for adding the ingredients and making the sandwiches (which we thought was the start of the line) but then had to go back to the front to order. Very crowded don’t recommend going during the weekend especially lunch hours. Their internet was down so they could only do charges up to 25 dollars one at a time. The kimchi Philly was delicious. The associate who made our sandwiches and took payment was helpful and efficient“

“Kevin was fantastic tonight but he was the only staff who was working. I am not sure what happened but a staff member should never be alone especially during a rush. Kevin was quick paced and kind as he got everyones orders made. Jimmy Johns this is unacceptable. Other locations should jump in to help and send team members as customers were waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. The low stars are not due to Kevin as he was great. They are due to leaving a staff member alone without proper help.“
