“We really enjoy eating here, gotten to know some of the people, the one thing I will mention, if you dont like spicey hot, they vary from enjoyable queso to too spicy to eat. Kids and I could not enjoy as it was too spicy. Be nice if they would keep a mild queso.“

“Update 2024. They did it again. Fabuloso! I got the pastor-pork burrito. Kid got the ribs wife got tacos. Amazing. Kid was so excited when he got his. David (son of owner) came out and made sure Kid got his corn tortillas. We left them on the truck counter I think. Very nice. Love our annual pilgrimage to Paraiso for excellent food and great people.
This is my first time going here we were on travel and happened to see this food truck when we were getting gas. Note this is a food truck so the address may not be exact when you are looking for it but this is the street corner where it was at when I found it.
Today was it's grand opening and it was amazing authentic food. The tacos were of course homemade handmade and tasted wonderful. The wife and kid got the azada tacos and I got the birro taco.
The salsa was homemade. There was a really nice hot one and then verde salsa that was good but not hot. With the purchase of the tacos you got a free pop. The pop brand was the Jarritos, Coke and one other I don't remember. The Coke is the real cane sugar not the horrid corn sugar stuff. My son doesn't drink pop but when I told him it was cane sugar he had to try it. He was shocked how good it tasted.
Xavier and presumably family were working in the food truck. Very nice people. One of the customers told us that he lives next to Xavier and that he's a really good cook so he was excited to try out opening day!
I'm very excited for them and wish them the best. Dios de bendigo!“
