Parking: As of right now there's not much parking there at all because of all the construction but if you look to the east a little bit there is more than plenty“

“This is the first time in a very long time I’ve had exceptional service at this subway. The staff was friendly, my sandwich looks great, and they just all around looked like they loved their jobs which is so refreshing to see at this location. The man making my sandwich was dancing and singing and just made the environment friendlier than I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if it’s helpful, but one man was bald and one had locs, they both were very friendly. This experience gave me hope in this location again :)“

Our daughter is home from college, and she told us that’s the best burger she’s had in a long time. She had the bacon cheeseburger. Hubby had the double cheeseburger, it looked great too. He must’ve enjoyed it, he ate the whole thing! Glad we found this place, we will be back.“

What I did appreciate was there was a table of staff all sitting together eating behind us. They WILL occur. The question with B Bops or any other business is where do you go from there? Well in my case B Bops solved my Number 9 Burger and Fires problem with consummate professionalism not seen not seen since the Roman Siege of Alesia in 52 BC. “Quiet inside, half the lobby blocked for cleaning, trash was overflowing, and orange pop trailing 3 feet feom the receptacle. Only one young lady in the upfront/lobby. And she was helping customers. There were 4 others in view between drive-thru and make station where meals/orders were being packed. Others in the kitchen, doing dishes maybe? Anyone could have taken lobby or at least clean up the pop, it was 7 ish on a week night.“

“This is by far the best Subway in the Des Moines metro. I often leave Subways disappointed I went in the first place, wishing I could have just made my sandwich myself as they're sloppily thrown together and zero customer service accompanies them, but not here. Every staff member I have encountered has been so friendly, always greeting me right when I walk in. In particular, the gentleman that has glasses is the absolute best. I always prefer him to make my sandwich because he does such a good job!! The place is always so clean as well, which isn't common for most Subways. The customer service and atmosphere has left me feeling so happy and satisfied on multiple occasions, I thought it time to leave a positive review. Great job!!“

“Wendy's offers some options that I enjoy better than McDonald's. My go-tos are the $5 and $6 Biggie Baskets. You get a delicious burger, soft drink, fries, and chicken nuggets for $5 or $6. Customer service is always fast, professional, and kind. Parking is free and more than ample as there is a large, free parking lot. Wendy's offers good food for a great value, and I recommend this location.

“10/10 will return. I ordered from this location through DoorDash. When I got my order it was wrong. I had called the place to let them know that I ordered 4 bean burritos with no onion add sour cream. But they came as regular. They were very nice over the phone and told me how I could come in either tonight or another day to get replacement burritos. I went in tonight to get them fixed. They were so kind and very quick at fixing the mistake.“

About 2 miles from the store.On august 22 I went to taco bell down the street I waited 11 minutes, did not get waited on while everybody at the drive thru was getting waited on (about 8 to 10 people). The manager said after eleven minutes it'd be quicker if you used the kiosk. I am not an employee of taco bell. I generally don't use self check out either.At any rate I drove down the street. Four minutes away walked up to the counter at taco john's. After three minutes I had my food and was out the door. I just want to say a lot of people only leave feedback when they're upset.
