Parking: As of right now there's not much parking there at all because of all the construction but if you look to the east a little bit there is more than plenty“

“This is the first time in a very long time I’ve had exceptional service at this subway. The staff was friendly, my sandwich looks great, and they just all around looked like they loved their jobs which is so refreshing to see at this location. The man making my sandwich was dancing and singing and just made the environment friendlier than I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if it’s helpful, but one man was bald and one had locs, they both were very friendly. This experience gave me hope in this location again :)“

Our daughter is home from college, and she told us that’s the best burger she’s had in a long time. She had the bacon cheeseburger. Hubby had the double cheeseburger, it looked great too. “Went with my niece before an appointment. Showed up a little before 9 and Zuella was the cashier. She was very personable and polite. She had a warm feeling about her. We dined in and my niece and I both got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Both sandwiches were fresh and Zuella came out and checked on us. She was very hospitable. Restaurant was clean. What I did appreciate was there was a table of staff all sitting together eating behind us. Anyone could have taken lobby or at least clean up the pop, it was 7 ish on a week night.“

Service can be quick depending on your order and since it's like a drive through space and when it gets crowded it shows, but they give you the order rather quickly.“

It's close to impossible to beat the potato oles with nacho cheese sauce. Man they are good. Plus this batch was crispy like I prefer.

“This is by far the best Subway in the Des Moines metro. I often leave Subways disappointed I went in the first place, wishing I could have just made my sandwich myself as they're sloppily thrown together and zero customer service accompanies them, but not here. Every staff member I have encountered has been so friendly, always greeting me right when I walk in. In particular, the gentleman that has glasses is the absolute best. I always prefer him to make my sandwich because he does such a good job!! The place is always so clean as well, which isn't common for most Subways. “Wendy's offers some options that I enjoy better than McDonald's. My go-tos are the $5 and $6 Biggie Baskets. You get a delicious burger, soft drink, fries, and chicken nuggets for $5 or $6. Customer service is always fast, professional, and kind. Parking is free and more than ample as there is a large, free parking lot. Wendy's offers good food for a great value, and I recommend this location.

“Okay, I have to share an experience. I just left a negative review for Taco Bell. About 2 miles from the store.On august 22 I went to taco bell down the street I waited 11 minutes, did not get waited on while everybody at the drive thru was getting waited on (about 8 to 10 people). The manager said after eleven minutes it'd be quicker if you used the kiosk. I am not an employee of taco bell. I generally don't use self check out either.At any rate I drove down the street. Four minutes away walked up to the counter at taco john's. After three minutes I had my food and was out the door. I just want to say a lot of people only leave feedback when they're upset. I am just the opposite. But occasionally I do leave negative feedback.Taco John's your people did a great job. Keep up the good work, thank you.“

“Service was great, food was good, and store was acceptably clean.
I visited on a weekday afternoon, the place was steady but not busy, about half-full with a few orders in line. I was greeted and placed my order right away. I, of course, got an ice-cold frosty mug and poured a root beer out of the tap. The staff were friendly and prompt, and my food was ready within five minutes. Staff brought the food directly to my table. The double papa burger was hot, and tasted good, the fries were fresh.
Staff were actively cleaning the restaurant between taking orders as they walked in. Gnats and fruit flies unfortunately seemed to be attracted to the root beer tap. Wall was lightly decorated with Americana kitsch and a big mural of a 50s sports convertible while 30s and 40s jazz and big band tunes played softly from the speakers.
I was initially thought the price was maybe a couple dollars too high, but after enjoying the food and especially the root beer, felt the price was worth it. I rang the bell nice and loud on my way out to show my appreciation to the staff for this more-than-satisfactory lunch visit. Great work from the whole team!“
